Went for a CT scan and the preparations were well communicated, and all aspects of the scan were handled professionally.

Welcoming staff who responded very well and managed the complications i gave them as my blood pressure was very high necessitating drug medication before my CT scan. Everyone was very kind and professional despite the problems I gave them as my procedure was delayed by an hour to sort the problem.

Excellent customer process from start to finish. Kasia provided great guidance up front so that I could make informed decisions. The preparation instructions were clear and on the day, the appointment ran on time and to plan. Sue/Kerry and Kate were all incredibly professional, clear in their explanations and calm and efficient. Just what you need from a cardiology unit.

I cannot speak more highly of the team that provided me with care and support. The Dr, Nurses and reception colleague were very professional, sincere and thorough. The scan was conducted with care and I felt in safer professioanl hads during my appointment. The hospital is very clean and I could see the great collaboration and respect the team have for each other. Would recommend - the coffee is good too!

Staff were very professional and made sure I was looked after before, during and after the CT scan. My only complaint was the lack of information. I haven’t been told when I will receive my results and whether I would see a consultant to go through them.
