I had seen ads for awhile now about the magnetic bracelets, and LOVED THEM because I’m a cheesy romantic at heart. I finally bit the bullet and ordered a pair of bracelets for my fiancé’s birthday and he loved them just as much as I do. We love this subtle and sweet homage to our love for each other and it’s just the best reminder throughout the day to see it on the wrist. Makes us both smile.
Somehow my fiancé’s came loose, and it was lost. I emailed the customer service team and they immediately sent out a replacement. I was shocked, the last thing I expected was a replacement and response SO quickly! Highly impressed by the care and it made the start of me week so much better! Will definitely purchase from them again. So so worth it!

I bought my husband and I the cute little heart magnet bracelet. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Especially for the price. We have had so many compliments on them. I’m more impressed with their customer service though. One tiny little piece came loose on my bracelet. I sent an email message to them. They responded so quickly and they are sending a replacement. I shop a lot online. Customer service is not always reliable but with Hearts Valley you can tell they take pride in their product and customers.

I recently purchased a Love You Necklace from Hearts Valley and my wife loved it. Although there was a bit of a problem with the shipment. I reached out to the customer service team to correct the issue. I received a prompt response from Rachel Shook who quickly addressed my issue. It’s nice to know that this small business puts the customer ahead of everything else. I appreciate your response and look forward to future purchases. I've never bought jewelry online but Hearts Valley truly got my attention in a beautiful piece "the Love Letter chain". I am a man that loves to show my love to my lover thru messages and unique pieces of messages. I bought this jewelry and I was so excited to see my lovers eyes grow with joy and tears. What a beautiful piece of love. I'm also very happy to have reached out to them when the piece broke because they were so fast to respond to my email and also very fast and kindly to replace it without any hesitation. To me that was incredibly nice because, now my lover will be wearing it once again and enjoy the love I've expressed to her. Thank you so much Hearts Valley. My first order was of crystal moon ring. Ring is so unique that it spins with the stone and sparkling crystals. And fits any finger since it's adjustable. It's now my favorite ring and I wear it daily! My second order was delayed and when i inquired, the customer service was exceptional by apologizing and offered me free gift of another ring...what a world class service!

bought the heart bracelets and they were so cute and shipped so fast, but they do not adjust at all. also one end is missing the metal part

Slowest shipping and handling. I ordered just about two weeks ago, 12 days to be exact. The shipping label was just created yesterday. USPS is still waiting for the item.

EDIT: They refunded me shipping amount and apologized for the delay in an email. I don't think the shipping delay was something in their control for this particular situation. I've updated my 2 star to 5.

Purchased heart bracelets from Hearts Valley as a nice little gift for my wife and I. Look great and fairly priced. One of mine did lose the little heart so I reached out to let them know. This company's customer service is TOP NOTCH! They immediately sent out a replacement order to make it right. Great product, great customer service, great overall experience!

I recently purchased jewelry from them and usually new small business scam people, I Can reassure that they are legit! I got my package in about a week with no problems. Delivery was nice and fast and the person that was working there “Ms. Rachel” was very nice, patient, and understanding. She was always in Contact with me and I never had problem getting in Contact with them. It’s great quality jewelry and it’s a great price for them. I ordered a heart pair bracelets for my wife and I. Unfortunately it was held up by customs. It took 2 weeks or so to get to me but the owners went above and beyond to make it right. They kept in constant contact they refunded me the shipping and they sent a additional item for the inconvenience. The bracelets are high quality and amazing as were the owners dedication to the customer. If your looking for a special gift for you and you significant other this is the place to shop. Amazing!
