Booked an appointment for my mother who needed wax removal , its obviously through a call centre as they pass the details on .
They cancelled 3 times , Amelia had an issue with her new mobile phone and didnt bother to check her appointments , then she was stuck in traffic then she or someone she asked to cover her had to go with their father to the hospital . Just glad I didnt pay upfront with a bank transfer . Contact from the company is not great , wouldnt recommend .

Phoned at 12 for an appointment. Swapped a couple of texts with someone after that. Phoned again at 2.30. Now 4.35 & no call, no text & no appointment. Service is a joke ! Save yourselves the time folks and go somewhere else.

This is a scam company, if you are reading this, steer well away from "Hear You Ltd". We paid full price for "demo" Oticon hearing aids for my 83-year-old father. It wasn't until after my father's passing this year that we discovered that the hearing aids were demonstration ones with no warranty on them and I have no idea if they worked properly as my father had dementia, Alzheimers and Parkinsons. When I spoke to the director, Asima Rafeeq, she asked me to return them for a refund (so that she can re-sell them to another unsuspecting customer). I've never received the refund and its been 3 months now. It appears from the reviews below that this is how they operate and so one of you will have my Dad's old demo hearing aids sold to you. Fortunately, my credit card company is pursuing it on my behalf and I've reported this company to all relevant agencies. Make sure you do the same if you've had a similar experience so they are stopped from their fraudulent activities. It's an absolute disgrace that they are conning the elderly and vulnerable.

I would not have given one star if I had an alternative.?..I agree with the first review this company is awful. They are not efficient, no after care or customer relations service and impossible to speak with anyone just a receptionist who claims she/he will forward your issues and get a person to call you this song and dance has been going on for 4 month and my 95 yr old mother has had to suffer with these totally inadequate Hearing aids that are to small, constantly falling out as the beaded end is irritating and not secure..and the worst thing the oticon hearing aids audio is absolutely dreadful my mother hears better without them.!!!..This is the second replacement pair and I am chasing this company for a refund as they were not cheap? However, they are not and never have been fit for purpose. I would Not recommend this company as they have no structure or personnel who can deal with issues they are just quick at taking thousands of pounds and they disappear into thin air. Please do not be fooled by their advertising claims as they have no empathy, no efficiency and I feel are some type of Pop up company. I will get my money back and go to a repretable organization like Boots. Do yourself a favor and don’t entertain HEAR YOU..as they don’t???

Should you hear from your vulnerable parents, relatives, family members the name ‘Hear You’ - get involved and help them to steer clear. Read the Trustpilot comments, you are reading mine so you’ve already got a head start. These people will immediately recommend hearing aids that they have with them, provide demo equipment that doesn’t work to confused people and then push for expensive upgrades whilst delaying and making multiple excuses along the way. They ripped my parents off for £5k and after my mother died a few weeks in with her useless hearing aids that she didn’t want and didn’t use persuaded the equipment to be returned for a refund/manufacturer credit. The refund never transpired and the equipment is probably with some other poor sod believing they have new hearing aids.

I have the serial numbers so if you’ve recently received hearing aids from these guys, feel free to check if you’re the next victim.

Don’t touch them with a barge pole and as with any of these manipulative, heartless supposed humans who continually use car breakdown as an excuse for delay and inhumanely, family bereavement to people who are actually bereaved… I’m not the kind of person that posts negative comments but that excuse used to me just days after my mother died was just appalling.

If you find yourself in a position where you think this is your only option, pay by credit card and if you’re not happy in 2 weeks - tell Hear You and immediately get on to the credit card provider - there is a time limit in their ability to help and Hear You know that and will delay, delay, delay until your options are gone.

Use someone else. Hear You is a one person company based out of Stoke, check them out.

Avoid wish I had read reviews first like others no show then bereavement blah blah . Been trying to have my elderly father seen since 10th November. First on holiday for 2 weeks then no show car accident then cancelled due to bereavement

Overall satisfied with the appointment that the audiologist had carried out for my father . We were really desperate for an appointment and I was so glad to find this company as they had me booked in quicker than other hearing companies I had called up. The audiologist was really patient with my appointment elderly father and I was very pleased at how the hearing test was carried out.

Like other reviews we had a series of incidents which I have now reported to governing body and BBC Watchdog.

Several missed appointments with excuses from bereavement, to cars breaking down, to family emergencies.

We were also informed that a hearing aid test had been carried out on my elderly mum, and thankfully observant neighbours informed us that no audiologist had visited my mother to carry out such a test. Hearyou claimed this had been conducted and that a hearing aid was required.

I have reported to the governing body. I have also contacted several media outlets about my concerns about this company.

Our original appointment had to be rescheduled due to transport issues, but when Amelia arrived she interacted well with my very elderly Mother, was gentle and attentive.

Very similar experience to recent reviews, sent an enquiry message around my elderly mother having ear wax removed and received a text from someone who said they would call me back that evening, they didn’t but called me the next day and said they’d forgot!
I had to ask what company they were calling from and their name as they didn’t introduce themselves, very unprofessional.
After reading these reviews I checked this morning whether they would still be coming and surprise surprise they have cancelled. Good job I asked if not I would have been waiting in with my elderly mother and they wouldn’t have turned up. Avoid this company.

We cancelled based on reviews and also the contact we had from the woman that was going to come out and see my mother in law, she was rude no please or thank you’s, we had to ask for her name and chase for an appointment, I would avoid as they don’t appear to be professional, when it comes to ear’s you need to make sure that the right person that does not appear to be interested in the job is competent, we didn’t feel that. When we cancelled the response what we got was “okay’ almost relief they didn’t have to do any work. Avoid and look for local people actually interested in you and not your buck !

I contacted this company to come out and see my husband. Someone attended and I purchased a hearing aid, told me they would come the next day to fit it. She didn’t appear but messages to say her mum had, had an accident, I then received a hearing aid threw the post, this didn’t work, it was a demo aid. I contacted the company as the girl again didn’t appear, this time she has had a bereavement. The company apologised and said they would get another one….still waiting! I returned the aid to them as it was useless and asked for a refund, this was in March and it’s now June and I still have no refund! I have contacted the bank and also the company many times! Scam company, please do not give them your money!

Contacted a professional sounding head office person who advised and audiologist would call back about my issue. Then not long after started receiving curt text messages from someone who said they would give me a call and never did. Very odd! Waste of time.

If there was an option of no star thats what i would of chosen ! Ive ending up paying far more than originally qouted after care service is atrocious promised deliveries of accessories which have yet to arrive after months of contact my repaired hearing aid still waiting for the promised delivery 4 weeks ago everything falls upon deaf ears with this company stay well away 😡😡😡😡

Originally I thought they weren't going to show. Messaged them, they said they would give me a call later. 4 hours later they did give me a call, and the guy eventually came and did it.

The person I had, Andre, set the record straight and was very apologetic and told me that management never informed him the time of the appointment. Nevertheless, he explained everything about the microsuction ear wax removal procedure and was very professional. He showed me how full of ear wax my ears were. My right ear is now waxless and I will still probably go back to do my other ear with them at some point.

Don’t bother, missed appointment, rang them and they promised to ring back but didn’t. Wouldn’t waste my time much better companies offering this service
