Never received my order that I paid for.

I ordered hearing aids from them in October 2025 have never received them. They won’t answer their Emails and I believe they must be a scam. I have turned it in to PayPal to try and get my money back.
PayPal did get my money back today. That made me happy.

scammers ?

I ordered and paid for hearing aids on September 28, 2025. heasouls sent mi data about my order, which I used to track my shipment, but I have not received any thing October 23, the tracking search says "no order found". It is impossible to connect via e mail to customer service.
they seem to have crooks working in their staff
my order is from Mexico

Hearing aids disaster

It’s been 3 weeks since I got a tracking number but it shows processing ever since. No response to my last email. If nothing in the next couple days I’ll contact credit card company to reverse charges. I believed the hearing aids to be a good product but looks like positive reviews were a scam.

I was worried shipping to Mexico would…

I was worried shipping to Mexico would be a problem. It was not! When I thought my order was lost, I emailed support and they responded immediately. And my order arrived as promised. So far I’m finding I need to work on volume adjustment but they have improved my ability to hear better!

Happy Customer

Thank you very much for the delivery of the superb hearing aids. My husband is not an easy man to please. Of all the expensive hearing aids he is having, yours is the best. He is very happy with it and it also does not cost a Bomb. He bought one which cost him thousands of dollar yet it is not as good as this one which you are selling. He is already recommending to his friends to purchase this product. He is now contemplating to buy another one as spare. He is 80 years of age now. Thank you for all the services and the prompt attention rendered during the course of delivery. Your Customer Support team has been patience and helpful.

My experience with Heasouls hearing aids

I ordered a hearing aid actively marketed by Heasouls.shop in Facebook on 2 Jun 2025. Few days after the order, I enquired their customer service on the shipment schedule however I was exasperated by the non existent customer service response on 3 separate occasions. Out of desperation and anger, I responded to Heasouls Facebook subsequent advertisements and accused them of being a sham company for failing in honouring their shipment despite collecting the payment on 2 June.

Their representative, in order to protect the company's reputation, assured me that their team would urgently looked and worked on my complaint on delayed delivery. They were apologetic on their delivery delay due to high influx of orders rec'd due to the popularity of the hearing aids. The team did in fact worked hard. The package was eventually shipped to me on 26 Jun and I am glad to say that I had received the package on 6 July 2025. The hearing aids were professionally packed in a nice looking blue box with all hearing aids and other accessories intact.My initial frustration turned to joy when I tested the hearing aid. It comes with a manual with detailed information and instructions of how to effectively use and take care of the products.

I am glad that Heasouls team has done a good service recovery job afterall.

I was writing a review because I…

I was writing a review because I received the hearing aids as a gift from my daughter. I felt relieved when I wore them. They give me a very good hearing. My daughter said that the shop mentioned that the quality of their hearing aids was enhanced and I can say that it really works for me and has made a difference. Highly recommended.
