Do not use - No refund for faulty item
I ordered some slippers for a Christmas present. After one wear there was a tear in the side of the slipper so must have been faulty. I spoke to them and they asked me to return the item for a refund as they wanted the supplier to inspect. I did that and then received a refund for the amount minus shipping. I called them and asked for an explanation whereby the refused to refund shipping despite acknowledging it’s a fault in the item. Disgusting service. Do not use this company - if you need to return an item they will offer really bad service. I’ve never had this from anywhere else.

Kieran, you were refunded in full for the slippers and we paid for them to be returned to us also. They had not been worn once at all, as was said in your original email regarding this faulty claim. If we could attach pictures on here to show just how worn they were, it would prove that your statement of 'after one wear' is false.
The tiny tear in the fabric could have happened for various reasons, and was not necessarily a fault with the slippers, but we refunded you anyway.
It would also be good if we could attach a recording of the phone call you made to our office where you spoke very aggressively, and abusively to a staff member, even using foul language to her.
We do everything we can to leave our customers feeling positive in genuine cases where something has gone wrong, but we do not have to tolerate abuse.

Bought a onesie from heat treats however it was faulty. No hassle receiving a refund. Customer service were amazing and got back to me within a few hours. Would definitely buy from them again.

Kylie, this is untrue - we had been communicating with you by email regarding your claim that the product you purchased was faulty. We asked for pictures (as per our claims policy) so that we could deal with this for you.
The pictures you eventually sent showed damage to the product that was not a fault, and had been caused by incorrect use, which you denied, so we provided you with a postage paid label to send it back for the manufacturer to inspect.
This has now been reviewed by Aroma Home and they concur that the damage to the fabric is burning. The instructions clearly state the toy itself is NOT to be microwaved.

I ordered a Pyjama set for my son and unfortunately was faulty after one wear.
I contacted them to request a replacement. The response was almost immediate and a new pair was sent and received the next day. Great example of customer service and how to treat customers.
Definitely recommend and will be making more purchases. My son loves the Pj's!

Unable to use.
Instructions state that this should be heated on a microwave turntable. Ours does not have a turntable. There was no mention of this on the website so the item is essentially unusable.

Thanks for taking time to leave a review John, although we do feel it necessary, for the purpose of people reading your review, to share the following snippet of what it actually says on the product description:
"Top Tips for best results
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Ensure the microwave turntable is working properly and the wheat bag rotates freely to ensure even temperature distribution."
We, therefore, feel it's a little unjustified to leave us a 1-star review, which is essentially a product review, not a service review, especially as you have requested to return the item for refund, which was authorised on 5th January.

Really quick dispatch of the item I ordered close to Christmas, meant it arrived quickly. Good service and nice product too!
