No messing around, guys at heatable understood exactly what I wanted. The engineer did a great job, turned up on the agreed time and did a great job fitting my new boiler.

Had an Alpha boiler installed by Heatable in Dec 2024. Since then I’ve had ongoing issues with heating, fluctuating water temperature and pressure and most recently absolutely no hot water for 3 weeks, very difficult with 4 children.
An Alpha engineer confirmed the system was heavily clogged and required a power flush, plus a new diverter valve and heating plate. I’ve had to pay £550 to fix this (paid via bank transfer).
My concern is how this could happen so soon after installation and why wasn’t a power flush carried out or properly assessed at the time? This suggests the system may not have been properly prepared.
Under UK consumer law, services should be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and I don’t feel that standard has been met here.
I have supporting evidence, including engineer findings and proof of payment, and would like Heatable to respond and review this, including reimbursing the £550 cost.
Really disappointing experience so far, hoping for a proper response from them.

Great engineer. He had to solve a tricky problem to install a replacement boiler in a different room from the existing boiler installation.
Although it wasn't possible to install in my first choice location (in a bathroom) because of lack of electricity supply and no external wall location for the flue, we agreed on a location in the second bedroom. As the boiler is so quiet and the pipework so neat it actually looks good.
Arrived bang on time.
Communication was easy. Actually listened and gave good advice.
Excellent standard of work over a two day installation.
Left the site cleaner than it was.
The booking process was rather slow and confusing with a website that had fixed locations for photo uploads and customer service agents that didn't seem to have read what previous calls had logged but once an engineer was assigned it all went well.

Had solar and battery installed with Heatable and now having heat pump also. Everyone I had spoken to was knowledgeable and answered all the many questions I had. Survey was flawless and happy with the results! Thanks to Andrew for the design and Rhys for the installation along with the partner.

Great friendly installer, very efficient job completed in only 1.5 days. Just waiting for the electrician to fit a fuae spur, but boiler left working great. Definitley would recommend Heatable.

I found all of the Heatable staff that I have dealt with to very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as also were the Engineers that recently came and fitted my Tesla Powerwall 3 Expansion Pack.
The reason that I chose Heatable was that I was very pleased with them regarding the Tesla Powerwall 3 Battery that they had previously supplied and fitted.

I fully recommend Heatable for the installation of ann Alpha ESS G3 battery. They are very knowledgeable and have great communication, any question is no trouble and they are prompt with the answers. All in all a very smooth process. My system is installed and seems to be working a treat!
