Had underfloor heating fitted by HeatAssist and honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole job was done really neatly and the guys were sound from start to finish. They explained everything in simple terms, turned up when they said they would, and kept the place tidy while working.

The difference it’s made to the room is unreal — the heat is so even and the floor feels warm within minutes. They also showed me how to use the controls properly, which was a nice touch.

Price was spot on too, especially compared to the other quotes I had. Proper good service and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting underfloor heating done.

Kevin certainly impressed us when he came to see the job. He must have spent over an hour going through all the details and options with us, and we eventually decided to go for a conversion and change of three radiators. We were very pleased when Kevin completed the job in two days, and even more impressed with the cleanliness of the work. His price was even cheaper than the three other quotes we had received, and we were very satisfied with the service we’ve received. We would like to thank Kevin for his great work and professionalism.

We recently did a full back to brick refurb and double height extension at our home in Northenden, so this was the perfect opportunity to fit a fully new central heating system and boiler.

After many quotes from various firms, my wife and I decided to go with Heat Assist and their team. When choosing they weren’t the cheapest, but I’m a firm believer in the get what you pay for and they certainly came across as having a vast amount of knowledge and experience and could relay it very well to us. Even the silliest questions from us were answered all the way through!

On-site they were tidy and courteous unlike most of the other trades (I was managing the build myself so was on site twice a day). We had a Worcester 8000i installed which they got us a discounted price on as well. The pipe work was like a work of art, shiny pipes galore!

I don’t often do reviews, but my wife and I knew we had to because during the build we dealt with idiot after idiot, so credit where credit is due, thank you Heat Assist for doing a great job.

Our gas central heating boiler was around 20 years old, and although it was not broken as such, the house was not as warm as it used to be, so I decided to get a new one. Kayhan was contracted to install the new one. There was a troublesome air lock in the system that would not budge but Kayhan stayed much much later than planned to fix it. He also gave advice that some of the other components of the CH system were not as efficient as newer versions, so with us planning to stay in this house for several more years, rather than suffer a breakdown, we decided to follow his advice and have the other major components of the system renewed at the same time.
Kayhan kept his work area as tidy as possible, putting down a waterproof covering on the floor and once finished for the day, he ensured that everything was tidy and dust free.
We now have a warmer house, better control over temperatures and a CH system that matches todays best heating standards.
Kayhan was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin on the installation of a new high efficiency boiler.He booked me in for the next day and after checking the boiler, he explained what was wrong with it and why I was better off having a new one. The next day, he arrived on time and got to work. He was very tidy in his work and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the work he did.

On time, friendly crew, and work area was left very neat.
