An excellent service from Abed who serviced my boiler recently. He replied promptly to my email enquiry, turned up when he said he would and worked very tidily, giving the boiler a thorough service. Abed also checked the functioning of my carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarms whilst inside the house. I was also impressed that he wore overshoes whilst inside my house.

Lovely guys, punctual and done a great job, even something relatively small, would not hesitate reusing for other work we need doing.

Great customer service from coming to look at the work quickly to checking that all is ok after completion. Easy to work with and good quality work. Will use again

I contacted Heatdial as my boiler had a fault, needed a major service, the system needed a power flush as well as needing a radiator rehanging. Abed was quick to respond and really helpful and knowledgeable from the outset. Came to diagnose the fault quickly and carefully explained everything that was needed with the reasons behind it. Booked us in for all the work to be done completed in one day - he did an amazing job, very thorough and incredibly tidy. I would definitely recommend Heatdial, I'll be contacting Abed again when next year's service is due, and if any other work needs doing!

Fantastic service, honest, instantly trustworthy and would recommend without hesitation. We have recently moved into a new house and struggling with unreliable hot water from an unnecessarily complicated system. Received a call back same day, a quick video call to explore a few fault finding options and had it sorted within 15 minutes. Outstanding knowledge and really clear explanation and instructions. Now booked in to come and sort the previous installers bodges, simplify and make fit for family use. Could've easily sold me a new boiler but ruled that out immediately, massive thanks and kudos for being one of the good guys 🙏👌

I’d come across Heatdial about a year ago, when Abed came round to take a look at my decades-old central heating system and managed to prove his competence and honesty in the space of half an hour. So I had no hesitation in getting Heatdial in for our complete bathroom refit, and I’m very, very pleased I did.

Abed and Adam go above and beyond. They did a brilliant job fitting a complete new bathroom, with the perfect eye for detail and a proper grasp of logistics. They never overpromise, so everything happened when it was supposed to happen: even when unexpected hitches arose they were simply dealt with, rather than being a cause for price rises or delays. They were a pleasure to have in the house, too: considerate workers as well as being great company. And the end result is a bathroom that looks great and actually works.
I’d absolutely 100% recommend Heatdial and will be calling on them again when we we need more work done.

Amazing, fast, friendly and genuine service, from a lovely set of lads, needed a new part to finish the job, went and got it there and then to save coming back. I've already recommended them to my friends, and will be using again in the future.
