"Next day delivery" was 9 days, no tracking information given. As other reviewers mention, the batteries supplied have no way of connecting, so I don't even know if they work, and the adaptor is not a common cable. Workmanship fuzzy on stitching, wouldn't be worth the money even if everything else went smoothly. Just avoid them.

Ordered a heated vest. Not delivered per 24 hour express after 4 days. Emailed no response (no response from phone calls either) until yesterday when I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment they avoided the request said due to courier service it was delayed (rubbish they claim to use Amazon Shipping. I got an email with an ID no shipment from Amazon-no response. I checked the label it’s from a logistics company on Consul Way, Raintree somewhere near. London. I will be referring this company to consumer services and HMRC.

Received a heated gilet for Christmas. Didn’t work so I emailed, no reply, emailed again, no reply, called but couldn’t leave a message as box was full.
Emailed again & got a response asking for video of fault. Nothing back, emailed again & so forth. Have eventually got an email today saying they’re sending another one out. We’ll see..not even sure I want one. I’ll definitely look at trust pilot reviews before I buy anything in the future as obviously all false reviews on website etc. Save yourself the hassle & money & don’t go there!

Are absolutely useless when you receive them.
No way to connect socks to the power banks.
Cheap chinese power banks and socks - probably worth a tenner but as I say the ower banks they send are incompatible with the socks.

Support emails and phone number are not answered or replied to.

Scam, product arrives power pack doesn’t have the right charging ports so you have purchase other items. Complaint emails not answered, telephone not answered cannot leave a message as box full.
Website states Voted UK No1, claims over 29,000 reviews with 4.87/5 positive but you cannot leave a review on the website! Also the number of the reviews quote has not gone up in a week.
To return you need to contact them as above you cannot, the business address is Suffolk but they are in London so you can’t go to their office.

Not a very good company as they are not honest. They state delivery is free express next day delivery but I’ve still not had my order. I’ve emailed several times which states they respond within 24 hours but they don’t and the mobile number they give you, you can never get through too and all you get is we can’t take your call but leave a message and we will get back to you but again they don’t. I have requested a refund but had no response until today where they have stated the following:

‘We apologise for the delay in receiving your order, there has been a backlog of orders and our team are working hard to package them out in time.
Your order has been dispatched and should arrive to you within the next few working days.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.’

So they have completely ignored my request for a refund and I have now gone through my credit card company for a refund. Avoid at all costs! I do not recommend this company.

The item was for my 89 year old mother who suffers from mobility issues as well as dementia and feels the cold.

I accidentally ordered two gilets and contacted the company to amend the order. This wasn’t possible as the order was being fulfilled but I was informed that I could return the additional item when I received the package. That was fine.

On receipt however both items were too small for my mother so I immediately contacted CS to start the return process. I was advised instead to re order in a larger size and when the new order arrived, I could return the original order. No return details were given. I reiterated that I would prefer to return the items - value of £109 - and then place another order. Since that exchange over a week ago, I have heard nothing. Repeated comms go unanswered/ignored. I have had to contact my card provider to dispute the transaction.

Appalling. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered heated socks in November and received them promptly. Upon opening them I found they were not fit for purpose as the power banks were not included! This was not made clear on their site, in fact it misled you into thinking they were indeed included as they were in all the pictures.
I emailed them as I genuinely thought it was an oversight on their part and that they had forgotten to put them in the box.
I received a reply saying that they do not provide them, only the socks and that I would have to source them myself!
I asked how I go about returning them for a full refund to which they sent me the details to do so, which was a long list of
to-do's which I believe are designed to put you off returning them. I was worried that they would deny having received them or say they weren't received in good condition to avoid refunding me. I was also not impressed when they said I would have to pay the postage to return them! I have therefore took the hit and kept them but they are honestly the worst Company I have ever dealt with.
To add insult to injury I see they are now including the power banks, albeit the wrong ones, which therefore require an adapter to be purchased also.
Please do not buy from this Company as I would not want anyone to be scammed like I feel I have been on this occasion!

Heated socks bought as per other reviews, not clear that an adapter is required to connect to batteries, got the adapters and one sock gave wife electric shocks, so asked to return for a refund, first reply they wanted a video of the issue, I asked how I video wife getting an electric shock and they have just ignored me since, now having to do a credit card claim back, avoid and save yourself a load of hassle for an inferior product!

Bought the heated socks which were discounted down to £34.99 from £64.99 power packs included. When they arrive, I found out the lead from the socks could not be used as the power packs had a different connection point, which means they are totally useless. Contacted Heated Apparel and I was informed that I now need to purchase equipment to allow the socks to heat up. In my opinion, I was totally mislead. How on earth a company can sell you equipment that does not work is beyond me. Left a bitter taste and very poor customer service. Want your money, but don’t provide the right product.

Heated socks purchased for £35. Received with power banks which don't have a compatible connection. When I queried this have been advised the website states "please note PIN adaptor not included" and I need to order a 3.5mm DC adaptor - they're only about £1.50, but I'd much rather have paid this much more for original order to have it included. Just not a good experience and would have been embarrassing if bought as a present. Please make this clearer on your website and include full info on additional requirements.
