This is by far the worst experience I have had with an online retailer. Made an order for Christmas with loads of time. Had an email detailing that they were having issues with their delivery company but because of this they promised that they would deliver my items and also refund me to show how sorry they were. This did not happen. I had to chase multiple times over many weeks just to ask what my expected delivery date was. When I did finally get a response it was them telling me they had cancelled my order, with no explanation. I did recieve a refund which is about the only good thing they have done.
It also looks like they have changed their website so that it does not quite marry up with the company name, I will assume this is to try and hide some of the shocking reviews they have had. Surprised as a company they are still going and I wouldn't use them again. I wouldn't trust the reviews on their website, these are probably made up.

Like all the customers before stupidly bought a faulty pair of socks and to make matters worse I have returned the socks and still no refund! Please no-one else make the mistake I did.

Purchased heated gilet as a Christmas gift. When used for the first time it was discovered that only one of the heaters worked.

Can't give zero stars but would if I could. Stupidly fell for the convincing website and promises of next day delivery (heated socks) but nothing apart from courier excuses to no reply (that others have experienced). Order number is not recognised either when you try to track the delivery. Will have to pursue via Trading Standards. I can be bothered as I hate a company that fraudulently takes money and doesn't provide the goods...

Oh dear, think I’m joining the bad review queue. Ordered heated socks on 8/12/24, excuses about couriers re not arriving in time for Christmas. Still no sign and last email to customer support a few days ago not answered.
Like others I’d say DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. Will take this further.

I work at a train station, and with the cold affecting my feet, I decided to try these socks. Sadly, they turned out to be a complete disappointment and not worth the money. The reviews likely aren't trustworthy, as the socks did nothing to keep my feet warm. Plus, the battery lasted only two hours, leaving my feet just as cold as they would be with basic Primark socks. My feet hurt so badly when i removed these socks. I need my money back, I will surely make a complaint to trading standards.

Same issues as many others. Bought an item, hasn’t arrived, will not respond to emails.

I wish there was an option of zero stars! Do not buy from this website to avoid disappointment. Not only did I not recieve my parcel, but their customer service is horrendous!!! Ordered from them on the 20th for next day delivery and now its the 30th. After countless emails they cancelled my order without me asking for it!! NEVER BUY HERE!!

Complete joke of a company ordered on the 7th December, chased up as I hadn’t heard anything and eventually said it would arrive on 23rd and surprise surprise it didn’t. Problems with couriers apparently. The only thing they did quickly was to take the payment from my credit card. Avoid these timewasters.

Ever since buying some socks from this dodgy place I’ve had so much spam/junk emails.
Also got an email from the ‘company’ themselves to say thanks for leaving a review when I didn’t.
Fake reviews on the site. Wish I never used them. Lesson learnt.

Daughter ordered a Gilet it never came; tried customer contact details and email bounced back. This is clearly a scamming company operating out of a virtual office, their company accounts show significant losses. DO NOT deal with this company trading standards needs to wrap it up soonest and investigate Capital Offices the virtual office provider and companies house need to ban the owner from being a company director.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I'm a new customer and as so requested support from them, one week later 8 emails sent and no response as yet. Quick update i have just recieved a cease and desist email from Heatxapparel to not post on trustpilot!

Gilet bought last xmas as gift stopped working after 6 months. Emails to company are not responded to. They are now trading as Heatxaparel. I bought from them thinking they would be a decent company but tbh, would get better customer service from Temu

Here is an update on my review below: they still have not tried to get hold of me, all they have to do in look in their inbox and they will see my emails. I note they do not list themselves on Google Maps, possibly to avoid negative reviews. I bought over £100 of clothing, it's now defective. Next stop, Trading Standards I think.

I've bought the Gilet and the coat from here, both defective and coming apart after only having them for a few months. I sent multiple emails and never got a response, as per all the other reviews here, they are a scam company and you should not buy from them.

They've also changed their web address from heatexapparel.co.uk to heatxapparel.co.uk to presumably try get away from these bad reviews on trust pilot

Ordered a heated Gillet as a Christmas present. Was faulty. Returned as per the instructions and Heatex email. NO RESPONSE . I have emailed 5 times.

Scam company. AVOID! I purchased a heated gillet from them. Decided it wasn't right for me so decided to return. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to respond to any contact attempts and they do not publish a return address or any way to return the item. You're effectively stuck with it. Oh but they will respond to your credit card provider if you attempt a chargeback. This company should be avoided like the plague. You have been warned.

This company is a disgrace and a shambles. Ordered a heated body warmer over 6 weeks ago. Supposedly shipped but carrier never received no contact from company what so ever with no reasons or cancellation and fee payment returned. They are an absolute disgrace of a company with no customer service what so ever. Have now escalated this further to trading standards as a result of their incompetence.

No customer service whatsoever. I purchased an item which did come promptly. However, I wished to return the product as it was too tight. I followed the instructions to contact the company via email prior to returning the product. In the period of two weeks, I have sent two emails and completed two online contact forms which states a response will be received within 24 hours but have heard nothing.

Ordered a heated gilet for my husband's Xmas present. He has enjoyed using it but it's now stopped working and they don't respond to emails. For £70 I expect an item to work for longer or at least have an Option to replace. Furious
