My friends gifted me a compact Heathealer energy mat and it has been truly remarkable. I have had it only a short time but my chronic pain has been very significantly reduced. I have been an enthusiastic customer of Heat Healer since 2022. First with their sauna blanket, then the Sauna belt, and then, most recently, I just ordered their small Energy Mat. Not only do I absolutely love their products, but they have by far some of the best, kindest and most generous customer service I’ve ever encountered!

To speak to their customer service: I always receive a response within 36 hours despite them being a vastly different time zone than myself, and I have left every interaction beyond satisfied. E.g. when I had a small issue with my sauna blanket they promptly replaced it! (I also think they must have happy employees as I followed up on an email from a year ago that I hadn’t responded to, and the same employee wrote back!)

To speak to their products, they have hugely helped my pain level and helped with other chronic illness symptoms I have. I have Lyme disease, fibromyalgia and hashimotos. My fibromyalgia pain used to be so bad that I couldn’t sleep at night, their sauna blanket within just a week or two significantly decreased my muscle tightness and I was finally able to sleep more soundly and with significantly less pain! I always take the belt traveling with me and use it at my desk to help with back pain. 4 years later and their products are still some of my favorite tools to deal with chronic illness and pain!

I highly recommend them as a company and their products! As long as their company exists, I will be an enthusiastic customer!

The Energy Sauna has been a phenomenal addition to my biohacking journey. In just five sessions over three days, I noticed deeper, more restorative sleep, faster recovery from muscle strains, and an overall feeling of being “unlocked.” My body adjusts more easily now, which supports my training and well-being.

The built-in PEMF mat is next level. With traditional saunas at public gyms, I’d often leave feeling drained, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature since they were shared. With the Energy Sauna, I get customizable heat and PEMF benefits that leave me energized instead of fatigued. My sleep quality, skin, and muscle function have all improved, and as a professional natural bodybuilder, I’m already noticing better muscle engagement and contractions for posing.

To make things easier, I purchased three extra mat covers (for a total of four). Now my wife and I can use it frequently throughout the week without waiting for one cover to dry. I highly recommend getting at least two extra covers for single person use or three if you’re sharing with a partner to maximize usage for the best results. Even my wife, who usually doesn’t enjoy exercising, loves the Energy Sauna for its detox benefits and how it mimics many of the effects of exercise.

This has been life-changing for me, and I can only imagine the compounding benefits with consistent use over weeks and months. If you’re on the fence for over a year like I was, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a priceless investment in staying younger, healthier, and performing at your best.

I had written a negative review, as i had tried to contact them for a return through their advised service twice without success. I turned to this and wrote a negative entry. They have responded to me via here and now my emails swiftly. I wanted to return the item but instead they just refunded me and said to keep it. I'm not sure if that is because it is heavy and bulky and thus difficult to return. However they did offer a prompt solution and i have now updated my review to reflect that, thus not tarring their reputation. many thanks .

First of all, the customer service of Heat Healer is 10/10. I have very high standards when it comes to this area and truly, they have gone above and beyond. The product itself is brilliant. I purchased the lymphatic onsie/ jumpsuit. In my area, for a high quality lymphatic massage it's $300. It makes sense to me to invest in an item for a fraction of that cost that I can wear often and help my lymphatic system out without breaking the bank. The item itself is high quality and I have indentions (as they claim) in a matter of minutes of wearing the suite. I haven't had it long enough to share long term effects but I have a feeling I won't be disappointed.

We love our sauna bag. We’ve had it about 2 years and it’s been great. Build quality is top notch. We are in the process of upgrading to the energy sauna and they are giving us full value for our bag to go towards our new purchase. I can’t say enough about this company and its customer service. Worth every penny

I am very happy with my sauna blanket. There was a problem with the heating element and I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement. I would recommend this company, customer service is excellent.

The product over delivered. I didn’t expect it would be this amazing. I was also seriously impressed by the support. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I forgot when was the last time I got a product and service of such quality. Thank you.

Great product & Even Better Customer Service! We love our Heat-Healer Suana. We use it a couple times each week. Its well built, and very easy to use. And when we did have a small technical issue, the Heat Healer team impressed us with their immediate response, and how quickly they made sure everything was taken care of. Would recommend then 10 times out of 10!

I had some questions regarding my purchase and my inquiries were responded to quickly. The heat healer body belt is an amazing product. It is versatile and truly heals. I’m a beyond happy with the quality and using it has brought much pain relief.

I purchased the PEMF, Infrared & Red Light Light Body Belt in early January 2025. I had fallen on December 14th. I badly sprained my ankle and a chip of bone off the top bone of my foot. Facing a boot for 6 weeks, I decided to try the Heat Healer Body Belt on my foot. I used it every night and a few times during the day. I had another X-ray done on January 8th. During my doctor's appointment on January 10th, she expressed surprise that my foot had healed so quickly. She took me out of the boot that day and the next weekend I played in a 3 day tournament with no issues. I told the doctor about the Heat Healer belt and she was very supportive of me using it. She believer in red light therapy and PEMF and was surprised there was so a product and that I had found it. I highly recommend this product. I use it anytime I have back aches or any other aches and my husband has used it as well.

I purchased the lymphatic leggings and the energy socks.

I love the leggings. I think they help both with swelling I experience from time to time, as well as with recovery after weight training sessions. Highly recommend.

The socks are great socks, but I haven't seen any huge benefit from them. That said I've only worn them a few times so far.

My original delivery did not include the socks, and their customer service promptly sent them to me in a separate shipment. The customer service is fantastic.

I ordered the Body and Belt and have been amazed by the reduction in low back pain it gives me after golfing. This company has great customer service!

Since posting my review Mike got in touch very quickly after, a refund for UPS was issued and the insert sent and now received.

The sauna blanket itself is great and both myself and my husband feel much better with consistent use, either for recovery after the gym and for general aches and pains.

We didn’t have the best experience initially however the company’s prompt response shows that they care and all has been resolved. Excellent customer service.

The good: Delivery took less than a week, packaged well.

The not so good.

Ordered another insert for the blanket which never got sent out. Contacted customer service who said they would refund me and as an apology send me an insert free of charge. Really lovely of them, however it never was sent and I never received it.

The worst part is I had a letter from UPS 3 months post delivery to tell me I owe them £106.

Nowhere on the Heat healer website could I find anything about extra charges/customs etc.

So although I like the actual product I won’t order anything from them again.

We've had an excellent experience with Heat Healer products and their customer service so far. We purchased the energy sauna and have been using it several times a week for the last month. I also have the lymphatic massage onesie. I have contacted the company a few times with some questions and issues about the products and shipping, and they have been super responsive and helpful each time. The sauna and onesie seem well made with quality materials. The sauna heats up quickly and is comfortable to use. The added PEMF and red light features add a lot of value, and I like that I'm able to fit in multiple self-care rituals simultaneously.

We purchased the full sauna setup. We managed to get a great deal on black friday, and took the plunge. 10 minutes after opening the box, we had the sauna heating to use. We are seriously excited with how hot it gets inside, and how much we both sweat. The time works out well for us both to use on one cycle. 60 min max, 25 min each with a 10 min warm up. The red light and PEMF has been a wonderful addition as well. We use it daily and sometimes twice a day. Definitely order more towels so you can really utilize the sauna more often. We have three in total and keep them rotating in the washer. The customer service is top notch as well! We had a minor issue shipping, and a label fell off delaying the delivery a few days. The company quickly responded within hours and rectified everything and some. Wonderful company and great products.
