Avoid them at all costs! Please read my review before ti use them! I would not even give this company one star.

We paid them £1,000 and after taking the money, they completely stopped responding. No returned phone calls. No replies to emails. Nothing.

The issue was misdiagnosed, and repairs were carried out in the wrong place while the original problem remained unresolved. When we challenged them and explained that the fault was still there, they simply ignored us.

They are quick to take payment but show zero accountability afterwards. Extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable conduct.

Renita, who answers the phone, was rude and dismissive. Once payment was made, our calls were repeatedly ignored.

Taking £1,000 and then refusing to respond to a customer is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think very carefully before handing over any money.

They take your money, misdiagnose the issue, and carry out completely unnecessary or incorrect repairs while the original fault remains unresolved. Their diagnosis was wrong, yet they still charged thousands of pounds for work that did not fix the problem.

Once payment is taken, communication stops. Phone calls go unanswered. Emails are ignored. You can call repeatedly — they simply will not respond.

Renita in particular was extremely rude and very unprofessional in her conduct. Instead of addressing the issue properly, she avoided communication altogether when concerns were raised.

Charging customers thousands of pounds for incorrect work and then refusing to engage when challenged is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think very carefully. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with any further work.

Worst work done for gutter. Gap left between the gutters

This company does not treat workers fairly. I was hired as a roofer but never got paid. Be very careful before working with or getting hired by them.
When I’trying to review on google, the company unofficially trying to remove my review and i can prove my working status

Fraudulent company never pays wages to his employers. Haven’t paid wages to his employers . I haven’t received my 3months pay. Don’t trust this company.

Horrible company. Do NOT choose Heathrow roofing for any roofing repairs ,services, or property maintenance. They will end up damaging your entire property. Poor customer service too. Beware of dodgy
unfinished work! SCAMMERS!
