I cant recommend Heathway Homes enough. The level of care myself and my parter received living at their Sutton Coldfield property was exceptional. Wasim has developed a fantastic team over the years and responds promptly to any issue that arises. The property has had a lot of money spent on it in recent months and is always maintained to the best of standards.

I have had a good experience renting with Heathway Homes. The house is brand new and modern and has been furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is plenty of communal space and we benefit from many additional features such as an entertainment package and security cameras. Any maintenance issues are resolved promptly and I enjoy living here.

Lovely home with each room benefiting from an en-suite. The house is decorated to a high standard. Landlord is very responsive and at the very start put mind at ease by the nice touch of introducing me to other housemates via WhatsApp group. Other nice touches such as hamper for the house and card for each room around Christmas time. Cleaner comes weekly to maintain the public spaces which is helpful in such a large property.

I have lived at this property for over one year,
The property is well looked after, with Cleaning carried out 3 time per week.
The landlord is very professional and approachable.
The property has recently had a brand new Wi-Fi system installed.

Lovely house and landlord, would highly recommend renting a room in any of the properties.
