Just had a new boiler installed today and could not fault anything, very pleased with the excellent work by Yuji Ishigaki. Great chap, friendly and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to carry out your work.

I had my boiler replaced by Yuji Ishigaki yesterday and I'm very happy with the service provided. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The whole process was smooth and professional and I am very pleased with the result.

It was my first time having a new boiler installation. But my concern was completely wiped out by Yuji’s extremely helpful, informative and thoughtful attitude throughout the day.
Yuji is an exceptional professional. I would totally recommend him.

Yuji Ishigaki was fantastic, polite, friendly, informative and took time to explain everything to me. He fitted my new boiler efficiently and quickly and left everything spotless, I can’t praise him enough. Im very wary of people who add unnecessary prices to jobs but I could tell that Yuji is one of the good, trustworthy plumbers. I will call him happily for any future jobs that may arise.

Yuji fitted our new boiler and installed new radiiators. This was done efficiently with no issue at a cost that was more than competitive-highly recommended

We were impressed by the professional behaviour of the engineer, Yuji Ishigaki . He arrived on time, was polite, knew exactly what he was doing and got on with the job without any fuss or delay.
We suggested that he could park off the road, but he declined as he thought his van may have an oil leak and he did not want to mark or stain the drive. He showed similar respect for the property throughout the installation.
We were pleased with a job well done and would recommend him for the quality and standard of his work.

The service provided by our heating engineer in fitting our new boiler is what made our experience so great. Our engineer, Mr Yuji Ishigaki arrived promptly and took every step he could to ensure that the installation of the boiler went well, he was friendly and cheerful whilst Carrying out his work in an efficient, confident manner. He ensured that all was well and that we understood the boiler controls before he left and tidied and cleaned the area he worked in. I would fully recommend him to anyone who requires the services of a heating engineer.

Yuji installed my new boiler about 6 years ago and he did an absolutely fantastic job. Definitely the best tradesperson I've dealt in all aspects.
I actually just tried to locate him in the hopes that he has returned to the Bournemouth area, but it seems that he is still in Brighton.
Figured I'd write him a review on here anyway since he did such a great job.

Yuji (Eugene) has just finished installing my new boiler. Blooming marvelous! Hard worker, tidied up, fast and charm itself. Definitely use him again.

Yuji Ishigaki, Heating Engineer with Heatleaders is thoughtful, thorough and takes time to analyse faults and find solutions. He has a good knowledge of different heating systems and will give you service with quality and integrity.

Yuji is such a lovely person. Great job done. Nothing too much trouble. Everything left nice and clean. Will have again next time for sure.

Excellent service and expertise. New boiler fitted replacing the old one. Very polite, friendly and worked around the clock with no breaks to get it done the same day. A leak occurred the same night but not anything to do with the installation, and Yuji had no hesitation in driving to mine at around 10pm and sorting it out. Very happy. Would recommend without hesitation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Yuji! Very friendly, trustworthy and professional service and cannot thank him enough for his help and expertise. We have had a couple of issues with our boiler, one in particular being out of hours and Yuji still helped us come to a resolution and got us up and running during a cold spell. He will always look for best ways to help without trying to cost you unnecessary expense. Will always use Yuji service and recommend to everyone. Thank you Yuji!
