Always happy to use Heatons.
There is a great team at the Congleton branch who always go above and beyond - whenever we have an event and we need something last minute, Steve is always happy to accomodate.
Replies from their design team are always very prompt and service is always 5*, couldn't recommend this company enough!

They are really competitive when it comes to price and quality. The website is easy to use. I would highly recommend you try them first.

This is a good website but slow. I would like to be able to edit more in the account profile section e.g. add delivery addresses. I have issues saving and retrieving orders - they seem to disappear. The same with favourites - you select the items to add and then never see them again.

I am only temping in my current role and had not heard of Heatons previously.

Since I have been here and used Heatons, I have found them to be very helpful and friendly.

Nothing is too much trouble and they seem to go that extra mile whether it is for a large order or just an obscure "one off" they always come up with an answer.

It certainly makes my life easier when it comes to ordering the less obvious item!

I have always found that the staff at Heatons are a very helpful bunch of people. I was once let down by a previous supplier in regards to a franking ink order. Neil not only ensured the ink was delivered the next day(it was around 5pm in the evening when I contacted him) but also informed that as of January 2014 blue ink should be used. My franking machine provider has yet to inform me of this change. This is just one example of the fantastic customer service at Heatons..

I am very pleased with Heatons i have been using them for a good 6 months now and I am fully satisfied with there service :) always very helpful and quick to respond to any queries, the website is nice and easy to use and products are generally in stock and delivered the next day and everything is very reasonably priced

Have used Heatons since the company started and have no reason to change. Delivery staff are helpful and friendly. Office staff to their best, when I can't find what I want. Great service overall.

We always use Heatons. Our last supplier started getting orders wrong and to be honest they were starting to charge too much. David from Heatons called into our office and gave us a personalised price list and we have gone forward from there. Their prices are very competative, we always get our order the next day and the people at the other end of the phone are very helpful and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Heatons to anyone.

Good service and reliable, like the option for them to substitute products for a cheaper item if available, this saves time and money!
