Don't order from this company ever. Cannot return at customs.

Do not order from outside of Netherlands with this company o in fact any where. Absolutely disgraceful experience. I needed to return some expensive gloves as they were for my Raynauds disease. The gloves were not fit for performance as they were sooo uncomfortable on the wrists where the battery was fitted. I didn't want a larger size as didn't want to have to pay twice to return the goods. I followed the returns instructions by the company ad paid the money I needed and did not state that they were heated gloves as advised not to. Now the company say that customs want £75 pounds to be returned to the Netherlands at customs. They say this isn't an option so they are just going to return the gloves to me. I cannot wear them and I'm very petite and they are XS so I can't sell on.
Ie requested half the money back at least. They cost £180. It's robbery.
I've added two stars as an update to this review as after posting this they have refunded me fully. They are still sending the parcel back to me but I have to try and get it back to them again. They say they will pay the cost however I'm not confident that the e won't be issues at customs.

I rarely leave reviews but...

I rarely leave reviews but Heat Performance are top notch! So, having spent a good year or so on whether to invest in heated gloves for cycling (I have arthritis in my fingers and wrists) I came across these guys! Brilliant product, as mentioned, customer service is second to none! I rarely review any purchases but these guys deserve 5☆! I have the Titan Heated Leather Gloves and the thin heated undergoes. Both products are brilliant so can wholly recommend on the Titan Leather gloves I would say a bit of Nikwax on the seams would be beneficial if you cycle in heavy rain for any length of time. I had a bit of seepage but soon sorted with the Nikwax. The Thin gloves are great for non wet days, and the battery duration on both sets is excellent. I can get 5hrs on both pairs at full power or 8hrs ifI knock down to medium setting which is more than sufficient but I have bought additional batteries to take out with me "just in case" Erwin replies immediately to any questions (I had a lot!) and has made himself available post purchase too! Brilliant!!!

Tip for golfers

Over a year ago, I bought a pair of heated mittens as my Raynaud’s was making winter golf in Scotland a bit miserable. Had tried all kinds of hand held heat sources but eventually treated myself to heated mitts. Best decision ever! Can now play on cold days with no issues. I measured my hands before ordering as per the website (usually Small in everything) but seemed I needed Medium … thankfully I did as they fitted perfectly.
A tip for golfers .. if you’re already wearing a golf glove, the mitts can be a bit tight to get on so it would probably be better getting a larger size.
One minor issue was that a bit of stitching along one of the battery pocket zips had come loose. I contacted HP and they very promptly offered to pay for their repair.

Great product, great service and mitts/batteries still going strong after lots of use.

Fantastic customer service.

The socks are well made (got the 'thin' once which fit well in all sorts of shoes - many other companies only sell thick ones) and warm up the toe area (which is where it all starts to get cold anyway). I found the sock to be a bit too long and the battery pack is a bit large so it can be a bit awkward to fit it all under trousers. Got the wrong size at first and the return was a bit complicated (first tried UPS, declaring the batteries, but it was sent back for some reason, then sent with royal mail not declaring the batteries and that worked in the end), but the customer service was superb. They always replied promptly and were very forthcoming and helpful with the whole return process.

Unfortualy I'm very disappointed

Unfortualy I'm very disappointed. The battery died after only one hour and not after 4-12 hours as they promised. When i wrote to complain they sent an automatic answer back that they would contact me within 4 hours but still days later I have failed to get an answer. Lots of money waisted on something that didn't live up to standard in my opinion. If the communication were better from their side i might have given them a better review but not now.
