I placed my order of Heatsbox Go from 5 Aug and till today, I have received nothing.
Heatsbox should provide customer with shipper of choice, eg DHL, Fedex etc. The shipper company they have assigned for this delivery is from some unknown Chinese distributor
Unless something changes, I will not be ordering from HeatsBox .com moving forward. I do like the product but I will order through Amazon instead.

Risky
After 6 months of not receiving my order, they were very generous with compensation, however the item only works intermittently and I was told “thank you for your feedback”.
I’ve given up fighting with them. When the product works, it’s fantastic but only ok if you’re willing to risk it potentially not working.
