I have to share I experienced the same issue with this so called casino as few people mentioned here already. I was also kicked out of the chat and the chat window also disappeared . Changed my device and surprise, surprise! It worked! But guess what? They did it again as soon as they found out it is me. I was trying to ask them to freeze my account for some time like I did once before and this is their way! No respect towards players nor responsible gaming. Absolutely unacceptable! I requested it at the end by email but seeing their crooked behaviour, I expect being ignored. Ive been playing on heats casino for 2 months yes they have instant withdrawl which charges £2.40 on every £100. As well as charging you to put money in to the casino on every deposit. The slots only pay out what you put in so if your up a few hundred exspect the next couple of sessions to be losses. after 2 months of playing on this site im down £20 and all the slots are playing shite compaired to how they played at beginging. The casino itself is good. But I advise you to think carefully before playing here because they have lowered RTP on slots.
