Keith was awesome! Very professional and friendly. Our boiler insurance didn’t cover our filter, which we were unaware of until Keith came over. But he very kindly took a quick look and fixed the issue for us there and then. Heat-Tec will definitely be top of our list if we ever need any more work carried out. Thank you!

We had a blockage and were due to go on holiday the next day - we sourced another plumber and were let down by them - so we contacted this company and are so pleased we did. Dave came out and was polite, helpful, informative and he fixed our issue on the spot - it meant we could go away safe in knowledge we had no issues to return to
Dave had great communication right from my first contact and have kept number for any future work as know I can trust him to do the job promptly, well and efficiently. I have also recommended him to family who I know he helped yesterday with their toilet - again being the knight in shining armour for us - if you need a plumber - call Dave - we will ;)

Reliable communication, prompt arrival. David talked us through what needed doing, and worked efficiently while respecting the rest of the home environment, using covers, removing shoes etc. Standard of finish seems excellent.

Heat-Tec fixed my heating in no time after having a lot of problems with other plumbers that had messed up the job before. They are very reliable and always show up on time, even when emergencies happen. I would highly recommend them.

Heat-Tec replaced our boiler which included running a complete new section of pipe work, removing old pipe work and tanks and making good where the old boiler was, they made a very tidy job and were very professional throughout. We highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future!!

I am so glad I found Heat Tec, I had a leak in my shower and they came right over and fixed it. They are really fast and offer great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!
