I ordered a termotøj and i didn't get…

I ordered a termotøj and i didn't get any order confirmation by e mail or delivery notification. I'm waiting the tøj from 1 week, i contact the customer service but i didn't get any answer. I'm very Disappointed. I think they just take the moneys and will not send the clothes.
