Waste of time.

I ordered an in stock item (12 cans of American Dr Pepper). It took them four days to decide they didn't actually have that in stock. They asked if I would "like to have the Dr Pepper bottles instead". I asked them to clarify which "Dr Pepper bottles" they meant as that was rather vague. They replied "Its same one (DR PEPPER ORIGINAL BOTTLE)". Reader, there is no listing for bottles of regular American Dr Pepper on their website. The only bottles of Dr Pepper they have are the strawberries and cream version, the cream soda version and the cane sugar glass bottles, only the first of which is, allegedly, in stock. So who knows what they would have sent out if I'd agreed. I declined and asked for a refund. I have heard nothing back since.

EDIT: I've now been refunded, but not for the cost of postage, which is a joke given they literally didn't post me anything.

Ordered Dubai Fix chocolate for my daughter weeks ago. Still nothing. No shipping, no communication. Seems they took payment for items never available.
This feels intentionally misleading—a bait-and-switch tactic. Taking money for unavailable goods is unacceptable. Proceed with caution

I bought some sweets from here

I bought some sweets from here. They were refunded. Unfortunately they had slight lack of communication but, I recommend if you have any issues, go to their contact page and message their number on WhatsApp. They agreed to help me and notify me when they come back in stock and refunded my money within 24 Hours!

Never known service like this

Placed order for 3 different types of labubu monsters. In no time at all I got a WhatsApp from Fash who explained one version was out of stock. Fash was very apologetic and asked if I would choose an alternative. As a good will gesture he even threw in a free one for the inconvenience. Delivered in less than 25 hours by DPD. He’s made a little girl very happy! Thanks Fash and the team at Heavenly Snacks. You went above and beyond when you really didn’t need to. Excellent service

Great Service

I ordered 3 types of labubu’s from Heavenly Snacks on Saturday. They messaged me on WhatsApp Sunday to say one type was out of stock would another of one be ok. They arrived on Tuesday morning and they had sent me an extra one too. I can’t fault their service and communication too. I would recommend Heavenly Snacks to everyone. I will definitely order from again. One little girl is going to be delighted. Thank you Heavenly Snacks.

Would give minus stars if I could…

Would give minus stars if I could absolutely avoid this company at all cost. I didn’t hear anything about my order until I emailed then I didn’t even get an apology. Just an email to say that they’re cancelling it as they don’t have items in stock. I had placed an order that was worth over £40 for somebody’s birthday so not only have I lost the money which is going to take 5 to 7 days to go back into my account. I don’t have a birthday present for them now. Will never ever be buying again.

I was very disappointed with this

I was very disappointed with this. I ordered £40.00 worth of products from this seller. I recieved approximately £3.00 of products, an email came through at the same instance stating that the missing items would be refunded 10 seconds after the partial order arrived. On the refund manifest 1 product hasn't been sent and hasn't been refunded. So in short;
-90% of the order value didn't arrive.

Charged £5.99 Shipping for 1 Can of Juice – Disgraceful Service and No Communication

I placed an order with Heavenly Snacks totalling just over £36, including £5.99 for shipping. To my surprise, I received an automated message stating that “some items in your order have been refunded” – with no explanation as to why. Nearly the entire order was cancelled and refunded, yet those same items still show as available on their website, which makes absolutely no sense.

What did I receive in the end? One can of juice. That’s it. And they still charged me the full £5.99 for shipping.

I’ve tried reaching out to the company to request a refund for the delivery charge, but there’s been no response and no way to speak to someone directly as they’re not answering the phone. This is not just poor customer service, it feels downright dishonest. Charging nearly £6 to post a single can of juice that I didn’t even want on its own is unacceptable.

I’m extremely disappointed, and unless this is resolved promptly with a refund, I will not be ordering from Heavenly Snacks again. Shocking experience from what I thought was a reputable company.

Disappointed

Called to see if my order had been dispatched, yes its all going out today ie Tuesday,got a refund on Friday for items missing which are still showing in stock,why not mention this when I called,got the rest of my items today on Friday, just disappointed, im a new customer,not sure i will be back after this.

Refund but no explanation

Ordered 3 items from Heavenly Snacks, a few days later another email saying I will be getting a refund, no reason why and the items still showing as still in stock on their website. Emailed as to why I was getting a refund and no reply. Received refund with no problem, but customer service non-existent

Wrong items

We ordered the 4 different flavour snickers they had listed on their website but instead of sending us the 4 different flavours. They sent us 2 Butterscotch and 2 Berry Whip. This is highly disappointing after paying £6.99 for delivery. You can't just send different flavours of you are out of stock. I've also been on their website again and the two flavours I am missing are still showing as in stock.
