it's a pity that your experience with HRG led to this 1* rating. Through a direct conversation with you, it was brought to my attention that you purchased products from various websites and our shop was the only one that had shipping charges (of £2.99).
I can understand that additional charges are never pleasing, but I must also point out that the shipping charges are definitely not "too high". We are a very small business that just started a year ago and we cannot economically compete with established companies that just send everything for free. I hope this is understandable for you. We also currently offer free shipping for orders over 50 GBP.
We would have been happy to help you with a discount code in a personal conversation to make up for the shipping costs before we get a 1* rating for regular shipping costs. Reviews and recommendations are very important to us as a young brand. Therefore, such reviews hit us hard.

I ordered two tops and a pair leggings…
I ordered two tops and a pair leggings - the merlot and white ones.
I was so excited to get these and love the tops which I've kept.
The leggings fit well (I'm a UK12 and got the medium) They look great at the front and I loved the pocket at the side and the high waist was comfy. And yes there's a but coming... there's a seam that runs horizontal across the back and I'm not a significantly tall person (168cm) but the seam ran quite low across my back and actually just below where by bum begins. It's looks aesthetically not nice. It felt ok but and not something the wearer would notice but I was quite aware I wanted to pull up my leggings even more. I don't think it would affect one's movement in them but it almost felt like it's better for a shorter torso? If I'm spending over £50 on leggings I want to absolutely love them so I sent the leggings back
