I did not even order anything on this website yet but the facts I sent an email with a qwestion about a couple of products to (name shop).Info, (postmaster hotmail) send it back to me with the notification "the email address does not exist" (i copy paste it the address so it is not a typo from my end) that makes I do not even dare to palce an order on the website... and then you try to contact them directly from the website itself and then the mail also does not get sent. so my advice, do not order anything here.

absolutely horrendous experience, i order a product from here it cost £250 customs added £100 duty to it, the product broke and was told send it back, i did so customs then charged another £100 for a return which i had to pay as they refused to sort this issue out and the company offered no replacement only a repair, This has cost me nearly twice for what i ordered and had there been any sympathy been offered but the total lack of help from their customer service has earnt a zero, if ordering thinbgs like this from the uk use knight rubber or other uk companies as this simply is not worth the bother.

Terrible customer service. Terrible communication.
