Product has not been sent. No communication from company. Disgusted.

I placed an order with Hebron Nutrition and I expected standard delivery and support. The package still hasn’t arrived, and it has now been more than two weeks, which is far beyond a reasonable delivery period. I requested a full refund because the product was not delivered, but I received no confirmation. I contacted customer support multiple times, and I also sent emails asking for a refund, but the company has not responded at all. I waited patiently at first, assuming the delay would be explained, but no explanation ever came. I now see that the company is holding my money without delivering the goods or communicating about my refund request. I believe customers deserve timely communication and a fair resolution, and this experience shows neither. I recommend others to avoid ordering until the company demonstrates they can deliver products and respond to support requests responsibly.

I discovered this great company recently. I had already received one order for one of its products which I was very happy with. I then discovered a second product I ordered from their website; NutriDyn Fruits & Greens powder. I absolutely love it. Its the list of great ingredients as well as a fab taste that impressed, which I have not received from any other similar product. I just know it is doing me the world of good. In addition I received all my products promptly and well packed. I have decided to award 5 stars in this review for the wonderful healthy products supplied by this company who have obviously put in a lot of research into the products before selling on their website. Well done to Hebron Nutrition who will be my first port of call when I need special nutritional products. Keep up the good work Hebron!

I’ve been very happy with my experience with Hebron Nutrition. I started using their TUDCA supplement looking for long-term liver support rather than immediate or dramatic effects, and that’s exactly what I found.

While the benefits aren’t instantly “visible,” the absence of negative symptoms over time really stood out. After a short initial adjustment period, everything settled well and remained stable, which was exactly what I was hoping for. The product feels high-quality and thoughtfully formulated, and it does what it’s meant to do without unnecessary extras.

Ordering and delivery were smooth, packaging was solid and well protected, and the overall experience felt reliable and professional. Based on both the product quality and the service, I would definitely recommend Hebron Nutrition.

They do not make it clear anywhere that they ship from the USA to the EU at checkout---false ETA's...10 days after paying still no scans and not tracking...waste of time

I have been purchasing Premier Labs B Max for years. It has been hard to come by in Australia so I am grateful to Hebron for making it available to those of us who live a long way away.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hebron Nutrition when ordering Truvani protein powder and feel it’s important to warn other customers.

At checkout, I applied a 10% discount code (VIP10) which was clearly accepted by their website. The discounted total was shown in the cart, and based on that price I decided to purchase 6 bags, expecting to pay around $172. However, after clicking the final “Purchase” button, the discount code silently disappeared and I was charged the full amount (~$192) instead.

This happened after all my details were filled in and payment was processed — there was no warning, error message, or indication that the code was invalid.

I contacted customer service immediately, assuming this would be resolved easily. Instead, I was told that the code is a “generic Google code” and not valid. I explained (and provided screenshots) that:
• The website accepts the code
• The discounted price is clearly displayed
• The code still works on their website to this day
• I would not have placed such a large order without that discount

Despite this, no resolution was offered. Not even:
• A partial refund
• Applying the valid 5% code that was advertised on their website at the time
• Any acknowledgment that their checkout system is misleading

The only response I received was essentially “Sorry you feel that way.”

If a discount code is not valid, it should not apply in the cart and show a reduced total. Allowing a discount to appear and then removing it only at the payment step is extremely misleading and unacceptable from a customer trust perspective.

Unfortunately, based on both the checkout experience and the customer service response, this felt deceptive rather than accidental.

⚠️ Be cautious and do not trust the prices shown at checkout.
I personally will not be ordering from Hebron Nutrition again.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a probiotic from France (order no. 777117801) I received a probiotic that absolutely does not contain the strains mentioned on their website. I requested a return and a refund. They refused to issue a return label, saying I could just send it without one. I sent the package back at my own expense, and the package was returned to me because they refused to accept it. I wrote to ask why they refused the package and also to request the refund, but it's been radio silence... I had a problem with iHerb once, and they immediately refunded me in less than a week. Do not buy from Hebron Nutrition. BUY FROM iHERB INSTEAD ****

I've ordered here several times before. Everything has always gone smoothly. It obviously takes longer to ship to Germany. It's just a shame there's no automatic tracking. I had to inquire about the whereabouts of my order.

Hebron Nutrition delivers very helpful Remedies and Supplements from US to Europe and to my country, and I am grateful for that. The prices are reasonable, the reliability up to now was always given, only the time for shipment took quite long . All in all a great experience!

I take DHEA and Pregnenolone as an anti-aging preventative measure. I feel very good and will continue to take them. The products took a little longer to arrive, but I gladly accept that for the quality of the products. It's complicated to get these products in Germany. Here, I'm certain it's a brand-name product.

This is the 3rd time ordering from this shop, and I’m so grateful for the BodyHealth and Energybits products they carry! They are difficult to get in Europe, and the process has been seamless so far with Hebron. Don’t understand the negative reviews, my and my friends’ experience has been perfect.

Would be great if Hebron carry more BodyHealth products like the MultiComplete and Creatine-Aminos, as well as the new Cellular products 🙏
