Worse customer service.
Worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I placed a order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I have contacted the company several times and when I ask to cancel my order they said it’s on the way and even sent a tracking number but when I tried to track the package it has no information, so that makes me think it’s not been shipped. Do not order from this company.

This company is not in the USA. to return anything is impossible- the product I bought was a light up iphone case advertised on instagram- it had a short in it it did not light up- it takes them forever to ship a product and when they do it arrives months after and customer service is nearly impossible to get in contact with-

Horrible customer service
Ordered something December 11. Didn’t ship in time for xmas so I emailed asking them to cancel the order as it was supposed to be a present. Didn’t hear back until after Christmas (when it still hadn’t been shipped) and they asked me to reconsider. I told them plainly that I no longer wanted it and wanted a refund. No reply. I got an email telling me it had been shipped. I emailed them AGAIN telling them I no longer wanted it and wanted a refund. They emailed asking to reconsider and I told them again that I didn’t want it. I just received it in the mail today (February 11) and was charged for it, never received a refund or an email back. Never ordering from here again!
