We booked our first cruise to the Norwegian fjords through Sarah, and it was fab! Sarah was incredibly patient, and offered us so much guidance and advice along the way. She answered every question, double or triple checked things for us (especially in relation to my dietary requirements), and managed to secure the cabins we wanted. It all made for a spectacular family holiday, which we will remember for the rest of our lives. Highly recommended!

We have booked many trips now with Sarah, relying on her expertise, knowledge and ease of communication. She is responsive and helpful and I hope to be able to book many more holidays with her.

Nothing was too much trouble in arranging our family holiday and we had a lot of specific requests!
Our original Easter holiday booking to Abu Dhabi was cancelled, Sarah kept in touch and rebooked seamlessly to the Sani Resort in Greece for May half term. We all had a superb week, a very warm welcome, the sun shone, the activities were plentiful.

We’ve used Sarah for many years now and having her as our travel agent makes everything so easy! We’ve just returned from our honeymoon in Singapore and Thailand, which was full of personal touches at the hotels we stayed in which made it extra special. We especially love having all the itinerary in one place and the online portal that’s used to track all the payment and destination details. This was especially handy for a previous trip to Canada where we were getting car hires, flights, accommodation and train tickets as it was all available to hand. We also booked a trip with Sarah before COVID and we were refunded very quickly when all our friends and family were waiting months for a refund. I would strongly recommend Sarah - she really does do the hard work for you and is a pleasure to deal with.

We had the best trip planned by Sarah! She's an absolute sweetheart and really brought our honeymoon to life. She was always open to adjusting the trip and didn't just have a set few hotels she works with, unlike a lot of the big traditional travel agents. Sarah was amazing - we had a wonderful trip to Flaine and could not have asked for a more organised experience , everything was thought of , and Flaine also turned out to be a fantastic place to go skiing for the first time.

Just home from my 3rd trip organised by Sarah, everything went so smoothly (as usual!) Sarah organised a car seat for the transfer so we didn’t have to take one which was really appreciated.
