I have no reason to suggest that you are not a first class company.but to suggest click and collect did not seem to be helpful perhaps noting my location. not able to proceed.

I only gave a three because the plants were not in the best condition. The leaves on nearly all of the plants had black spot, all of the plants were pot bound and clearly had not been watered for a long time. The only reason I have not complained is because of the current situation with corona virus. I have planted the photinia, sprayed them with anti fungal and I am hoping for the best.

I’ve been a customer and used Hedgexpress on several occasions and also visited the site. Gavin and Nick go above and beyond to help. I would strongly recommend this company.

Gavin contacted us directly acknowledging we had logged click and collect and lived a long distance away.
He was happy to transport our small order , kept closely in touch and product arrived swiftly and in good condition.

Bought 30 Photinia plants to make my 1st ever hedge. Great advice on planting, after care and spacing (which saved me money). Plants arrived on the specified date in an great condition and exactly as described. 6 weeks after planting, the Photinia are healthy and growing nicely. Would recommend HedgeXpress to anyone.

Plants appear good. Plant delivery on time and placed correctly as required. Email communication a bit stunted. Sentences have capital letters and full stops.

We purchased 14 large Photinia trees and when delivered, the Owner inspected my trench and advised I test it for drainage as the exposed Soil consisted of 6” developers soil over Swindon clay. Indeed the water was retained in the trench for several days, I.e. bad drainage. My plan B is raised beds in decent compost soil bed of well drained soil, which delivers the intended instant fence screen on our new build site.

Brilliant service, prompt delivery and a great selection of beech - just what we were looking for. Also excellent advice on pleaching given over the phone.
