OVERPRICED AND UNFLEXIBLE

I have a stutter issue with my KIA. No problem found but i was charged 150€ . For replacement car, some tests and no solution. I think it is really overpriced. 7year guarantee gives you literally nothing. You pay for EVERYTHING. I was also told i had to do big maintenance for 500€ and only after arguing i did it last year- i was told it was a mistake….

Kia Niro Minor Service

Kia Niro Minor Service

Service - Basic service, well planned and completed in time.

The only improvement I'd suggest is after service wash wasn't good and it left lots spots on my car.

Booking experience - Easy to use platform but it's not updated it allowed me to book it at a certain time but then it was cancelled by the dealership which gave me another date.

Not a huge issue but something to improve.

Staff was very helpful and explained everything in detail.

Good facility to wait and work while the car was getting serviced.

Tea/Coffee available too!
