I don’t speak Dutch, but the staff always switch to English immediately, which makes everything very easy and comfortable. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and solution-oriented. The team at the check-in desk in Haarlem is especially outstanding—they are truly amazing.
The service is fast, uncomplicated, reliable, and always delivered with a smile. There’s also excellent coffee available while you wait, which is a nice bonus.
I can highly recommend this place to everyone. Even when I arrive without an appointment, they always manage to find a solution quickly and conveniently. Outstanding customer service every time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Speedy and friendly
First of all, the service is always amazing. However this time, I secretly hoped that while having the car, the team might take pity on me and give it a vacuuming and they did! I came to a fixed and clean car and it made my day. Not to mention they're always so speedy! I've never had to wait more that 20min for a small thing, or a day when there's something bigger to sort out. Super happy with Hedin Haarlem!

Not as efficent as expensive.
I've booked an appointment for a periodic check / maintenance the 2nd of December and the 1st appointment was over a month after (8th January). I got requested to be 15 minutes early from the appointment time and then I had to wait as the personnel was at lunch break. Why you ask me to come early if the personnel is not there?? Frankly 678.48€ for a periodical check it's way too expensive especially in light of the long waiting time to get an appointment and the fact that you've requested me to come when the personnel was at lunch.
