DONT BUY IT ITS A SCAM!!

DONT BUY IT ITS A SCAM!!! I have blisters from it on both my legs, destroyed shoes from residual glue after trying removing it. From that residual I have even more blisters. I am afraid that my shoes for 150 EUR are destroyed just because that scam marketing product. I really hate these scammers who are just sucking money from people through aggressive marketing.

They get 3 stars for the idea 1 star for functionality

They get 3 stars for the idea. Unfortunately the patches do not stick very well to the shoe and the first time you step into the shoe again the patch comes off ripping further fabric off the heel. Once you stick a patch to your heel you immediately notice the edges of the patch are not really connected very well and within 5 minutes slowly peel off by themselves. Now I have to find some fabric tape and try again to save my 3 month old shoe.

On a order of 59,- DKK, shipping cost 59,- DKK to a postal box...
GLS is the only shipping company that is able to be selected, which i do not like.

I have ordered two times before with no problem whatsoever. Almost two months ago I made a more expensive order, it hasn’t arrived and customer service straight up ignored all of my messages so far. They keep sending me mails asking me to review my order…

They don't care about their customers

They sent me wrong color of products, black instead of white. I wrote 3 email trying to get any support from them and it took them almost a month to reply. The guy decided to resolve ticket by reimbursing money for one sticker. I replied within minutes that I don't need money, I need the correct product I ordered. They disregarded my wish and sent me money for a single product instead. I had paid twice as much for the delivery and at the end of the day I didn't get the product I had wanted and as a customer I feel cheated. If any perspective customer reads this - let's not support behaviour like this by purchasing anything from them. Purchase power is the only power we have over companies treating customers like this.

Please Google the company beforehand

Please Google the company beforehand - they're a scam! I ordered one pair of stickers, nothing came. Sent them an email, no reply. Then discovered few weeks later that they've sent something to the post office, but I don't check my post regularly and it was returned to Denmark (we live in a digital era and they had my phone number + email address etcetc - but silence from there). I guess it was a 15 euros worth a lesson :)

I placed an order that was never…Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Communication

I placed an order that was never delivered and was instead returned to their facilities for reasons I was never informed about. I reached out to their customer support multiple times to resolve the issue, but I never received any response. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Excelent customer support and product

Purchased 2 units of the HeelMe foam pads and they were a lifesaver for my pair of work shoes.

Customer support was also impeccable as I only received one of the two units and they were very quick in sending the missing product. Highly recommend!

Warmly recommend

My shoes are back in business thank you for your product. It seems to have a strong glue, and the material on the other side is very nice and comfortable. I have tried many other similar products but they are not as efficient as yours. Thank you again and I would like to give you small pieces of advice for the next version of the product, maybe the glue to be water-resistant and maybe have a size cut on the product.

Great product

Great product, has given new life to 2 pairs of my shoes. Unfortunately today I was caught in a downpour of rain and as as result the glue on one of Heelme patches has started to peel off.

I'll definitely order new patches though.
