A wonderful wedding band experience

Choosing the right jeweller along Hatton Garden can feel overwhelming given the level of choice, but Heera Diamonds truly stands out for both quality and service.

We had a fantastic experience with Zaineb and the team while selecting our wedding bands. The collection is extensive, and the whole process felt considered, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable.

We look forward to returning in the future.

Great staff at this shop made me very welcome I showed them exactly what I want and the delivered from the wax mold to the main items being made to perfection and in time would definitely recommend these guys and il definitely be going back here next time I need a ring

Diamond Ring Purchase…

I bought a ring here after the diamond fell out of my engagement ring. I was served by a lovely lady, Nishtha who took her time to serve me. I love my ring purchase and would definitely recommend this place. Lovely service and large selection to choose from and pricing was good.

Excellent service! They contacted me weeks before my parcel arrived just to keep me updated. The communication was clear, friendly, and consistent throughout. My order arrived exactly as expected, and the overall experience was smooth and reliable. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

Engagement ring

I had an excellent experience with Heera Diamonds, I spoke to Meenakshi on the phone as we were going to order online, this was due to the fact that my youngest son had been into Heera Diamonds after going around all the Diamond stores in Hatton Garden, he returned to Heera.

He like me found them very helpful, knew what they were talking about, helped him with the design of the ring, the quality of the ring was amazing, the ring was beautiful.

Hence my eldest returned to them as he actually knew what he wanted, we spent along time discussing everything and nothing was too much trouble, we were sent information and pictures, Meenakshi kept in touch.

When the ring arrived my son was absolutely delighted again it was a beautiful ring, the quality, clarity and the price of the ring was exceptional.

I wouldn’t hesitate recommending anyone to use Herra Diamonds, it really is a first class service.

The behaviour exhibited by your staff…

The behaviour exhibited by your staff was not only unprofessional but also appeared to be discriminatory in nature.

Myself and my two sisters are celebrating a triple engagement and visited Hatton Garden to choose our engagement rings. As we approached the store, we noted that we were the only customer observing the external jewellery display. We were not acknowledged by any staff members inside the store.

A while after, a couple arrived (Caucasian), we immediately noted that a staff member walked out of the store, past where we were standing walked over to the couple, smiled and asked if they needed any assistance. The couple responded “no thank you” she then turned around and walked back past us into the store.

Immediately my sisters and I looked at each other in shock of the dismissive and discourteous treatment by your staff member who appeared to be from an oriental background (tall female with shoulder length hair). While I initially attributed this to poor customer service, it quickly became apparent that we were being treated differently than other customers present at the time.

The staff members lack of assistance, and general demeanour suggested a bias that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We immediately left as we were disgusted by the appalling treatment which was completely disgraceful.

Such behaviour is unacceptable in any context, but it is particularly disturbing coming from a business that serves a diverse public. No customer should feel marginalized or discriminated against on the basis of race, ethnicity, or any other personal characteristic.

I expect a full investigation into this matter including a full review of your cctv footage and a written response outlining the steps your business will take to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I would appreciate an apology and assurance that appropriate disciplinary action will be taken where necessary.

Good product, poor service

Good product, poor service.

We went into the store, three months before our wedding, and ordered two rings. One of the rings was a bespoke design. We were assured that it would take 6-8 weeks, which was plenty of time. We were told it would be designed and we would then get a 3D wax version, so we could check the production of the design, and if we wished to make any amendments, this would be possible.

Eight weeks later, I emailed Heera and ask for an update on the production process, as I hadn’t heard anything from them. I was given a short reply saying that the ring would be done the first week of May. Having seen no designs, I sent two further emails asking when I might see the 3D was prototype.

No response.

My fiancé called the store to be told that the sales assistant that took our order had left, and the ring could be collected tomorrow.

The ring isn’t exactly what we wanted. We will struggle to get an engraving on the inside.

They didn’t follow the process that they agreed in the store. Apparently they will also vary the process that is presented on their website, you have to explicitly agree this - which we did! For us, they skipped some of the stages that would ensure customer approval.

When we returned to the store to check the rings, they offered to engrave them. However, given their failure to keep to a timescale we did not trust them to return the rings in time for our wedding.

No compensation was offered. Eventually, after we pressed them on their failure to deliver the agreed service, they offered a measly £100 credit note, which may or may not actually materialise.

The product (the rings) seem to be good. But whether they have staff retention issues, poor communication, or inadequate customer service, you might find as the customer that you have to do quite a lot of work to do to get exactly what you want.

Had an amazing experience with Heera…

Had an amazing experience with Heera Diamonds! I provided a sample ring, and they recreated it perfectly, even sharing the AutoCAD design for my approval before production. Their craftsmanship is outstanding, and the final ring is exactly what I wanted. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend! Dimple and Raaj were amazing !

Recent purchase

Recently enquired regarding an engagement ring, got contacted the same day via WhatsApp, going through various details regarding the ring. Very helpful and very quick to help. Ordered the ring Wednesday and it was out for deliver y on the Tuesday, very quick turn around, and was kept up to date with tracking. Even following up a few days later asking if the ring was how I wanted. Massive thanks to Tanvi for the help!

Heera Diamonds were welcoming, informing and intent with helping us to find the perfect rings for our wedding. The customer service was fantastic and at no point did we find we were being sold to, instead they just wanted to make sure we were making the right choices for our big day. Thoroughly recommend.

I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Heera and was personally dealt with by Rishwa. She provided a very welcoming and pleasant service. I would definitely advise requesting for her when you go for your appointment. She’s also very knowledgeable and experienced!

Sadly not the best experience with HEERA NO communication after they have you business…

Sadly not the best experience with Heera if I had to do it all again, I would have kept walking to another jewellers.
After 16 years of happy marriage for my birthday hubby wanted to get my rings cleaned sized and buy me a new wedding band.
We were promised this would arrive on time for the occasion and would be contacted as soon as the ring arrived.
I wish I could say communication was great but in fact there was no communication even when we did all the chasing, promises to call back with updates never materialised. However after one particular such chasing we collected our now shiny clean and sized rings again advised no issue with promised date of my new wedding band. The weekend of my birthday and still no information we called again to find out the wedding ring had arrived, so why did no one think to contact us.
By now I had had my two sized and cleaned engagement and eternity rings for two weeks and noticed two black lines at the bottom of the rings and marks over the rings they were looking dull again. When we picked the wedding band up I asked if it was normal to see where the ring had been sized and was told it was something I had done! I disputed that advising I have had my rings for over 16 years and never had any such black lines these were definitely from them being sized. Eventually they agreed and offered to buff this out if we waiting while it was done which would take about an hour. Over 3 hours later with me having to remind them we are hanging around waiting for my rings someone finally went and checked..still not done! Wanted us to leave the rings and come back. This was not an option as we had travelled quite a distance and it would defeated the object og wanting my new wedding band and my rings cleaned and sized for my birthday I would have no rings on the day.
They Eventually told me this buffing was done and to the eye I couldn't see the lines anymore but we were both frustrated and wanted to get home.
However! A week later the black lines are back and although you can't see them with rings on you can when they are off. All the rings even the new wedding band already look dull and have faint marks over them. These rings are Platinum and cost a lot paying to have them sized and brought back to new was meant to be an exciting and wonderful experience but we wasted our money and time with HEERA.
In addition to this the invoice with the attached insurance document emailed had the wrong details stating a man's ring different size and description it took three attempts to get them to alter this document. To be fair they did eventually send the right document but again this was after me chasing them again and again!
When we picked up the ring they started this new system where you had to sign to say you were happy with the purchase I wonder if this is because too many people are not and they want to cover themselves.
If you want an enjoyable, stress free and quality service from a jewellers who wants you to love every aspect of your buying experience I would seriously consider another jewellers but if you want a challenge HEERA will certainly give you that.
They have so many chains along that stretch of Hatten Gardens you would think they would be on point and want positive and returning customers but they are lacking in so many ways once they have your money and business. Please do better HEERA your customers deserve it. Hubby is now going to sort out another jewellers to make right what HEERA Jewellers failed to do!

Wedding day ruined

My experience with Heera while ordering my wedding band was deeply disappointing and frustrating. What should have been an exciting and special process was instead plagued by poor communication, repeated errors, and false promises.

From the start, the agreed upon process of viewing a CAD model, wax model, and then final production was not followed. There were constant delays, unanswered emails, and lies told, which required us to chase for responses at every stage. Even after assurances that the ring would be ready correctly and on time, we encountered multiple errors, resulting in me wearing the wrong ring on my wedding day—an issue that has permanently impacted our wedding photos and memories.

To make matters worse, I reached out to Heera formally to express my concerns and disappointment but have not received any response, despite waiting over four weeks. This lack of accountability further highlights their poor customer service.

Despite the sentimental and financial significance of this purchase, the service provided was inconsistent, and far below expectations. I would urge potential customers not bother wasting their time with this company as the experience is well below industry standard.
