Terrible business
Do not even entertain using this business. The owner Steven Heffner doesn't even reply to his customers emails. We sent one stating how inconvenienced we were due from errors his RUDE fabricator made, which set our already behind kitchen back even further. Living without water and a sink, counter in a kitchen is very hard and inconveniencing. It could have all been avoided if his fabricator/templator had more personality to talk to the customers and ask if he wasn't sure about something instead of blaming us for his error. This put a very bad taste in our mouth for this company and with that can not recommend them. A little compassion from the owner would have gone a long way but we got NOTHING....not even a word of apology or even a discount for our inconvenience caused.
