I would give it a zero if I could! Same situation as the last person ordered three pairs of shorts that are too large never received a receipt or any way to return went to their website for customer service and it just sends you in circles and circles. Do not buy from this company! Also waited over two weeks to receive the items I ordered
We received very poor quality shoes that could not be worn anywhere but maybe around inside the house. Have not been able to figure out how to do a return so right now figure the whole website is a scam. They were ordered and charged on March 27 but did nor receive for about 14 days.
This online shoe store advertised 30 day returns and wide shoes. Sent poorly made and badly fitting shoes and refused to take them back after I requested a return authorization. They said they had sent the correct size although it was not marked wide when they arrived and I wore the shoes only on the carpet inside my home for a few minutes they were just too tight because I doubt they were made as wide shoes.
