I purchased the vacuum seal bags for clothing. These do not hold the vacuum. I attempted more than one time and they simply do not work. This is not the brand I usually purchase these kinds of storage bags from, but I trusted the Hefty name and I was in a hurry. I have used other brands before with much better results. I will not purchase these again. I am disappointed in the Hefty name.

Bought the shrink pac bags because i figured they were from Hefty and bever had issued with any of their products. Vacummed the air out and sealed the bag per the instructions and air refilled right away. Ended up usibg packing tape to keep the compression down. Will spend the extra money and getvthe magicBag instead.. i know they work

i bought hefty vacume bags at the local wal-mart put clothing in and the bags and 2 days later they need the air vacumed out again so i returned them and purched another box of them .well the second box of vacume bags did the same thing. and im not very happy because i have to drive 30 miles to the closest wal-mart now i have to drive to return this box. im not happy at all!!!!!!

1 bag worked the other didn't....Not recommended

I bought a 6 bag package of large and out of all the brands we tried these are the best.

Bought 2 boxes with 2 bags each in a box of X-large Hanging Bags. Only one has stayed sealed for over 2 days . One would never seal at all ! The other two stayed for a few hours One over night .
I spent over $48 on theses bags ! Very unhappy.

Same as the others. I expected better from Hefty. They're no better.
I have a ton of bedding that needs to be condensed in a small space. The bags worked the first time. I was so relieved because I have had so many failures. I followed the directions to the letter, as others have stated they did. I used the bedding and now I need to pack everything up again and store it. Sure enough, the bags don't hold. They didn't even last an hour. I can't believe they're only meant to be a one-time use! I can't afford to buy new bags every time I use the bedding.
Is there ever going to be a bag that lives up to the hype?
What am I going to do now?

I was hoping you were better than the Magic Bags. The problem is you need to give consumers options to buy one XL, or even one LG. I had to take a box back because one of the two would not stay shrunk. So the store told me I needed to bring them both in. So I had to empty out the one that was good to take back both of them. So here I am again with the same problem. But I can not return just one bag and get another 2 pack. This does not make me happy.
The other complaint is why do they have to be made in China? I wish I would have looked before I bought them.

Bought 3 boxes of large medium and small bags. Followed the instructions to the letter and slided the closing tab 4 or 5 time more than indicated. It still let air in after a day or two. Very disappointed after spending more than 60 bucks.

bought a box at walmart. 1 bag does not stay vacuum sealed. not happy, had to throw away.

I have used several Space vacuum bags. Not user friendly and did not hold up. I just used my Hefty space bags, easy to use and vacuum easy. I give these space bags a 10 I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO USE HEFTY

This was my first attempt at using vacuum storage bags, mostly due to the cost, though recently decided to try Hefty's version. Purchased a box of 6 large bags, needed bigger to begin with. First one went well as did the second. Finished the third and was optimistic until I returned from an errand. After the 6 bags were filled and drained of all life, I took a short break returning to find 2 of the 6 are not remaining sealed or may have a small air leak, so 4 good, 2 so-so.

This bags are awful you suck the air out and few minutes later its back again its ridiculous because i dont get them for free they cost me money its a shame

These bags are not very heavy duty and don't keep the air out. They are horrible bags. I bought the big package with 3 Xlrg, 4 Large and 1 medium. The XL have holes for hangers, if I wanted garment bags I would have bought them. I sucked all the air out of them and about a minute later 3 of my bags, the 2 XL and 1 large the air came back in. I sealed the hanger holes with duct tape and it helped 1 of the 3 XL ones. Not impressed. I would buy the seen on TV ones again before I ever buy these again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased Hefty freezer slide bags and every bag was
separated from the slide and totally useless!!!
It will be store brands for me from now on :(

5 out of 8 bags the seal did not work. I bought others bags (not Hefty) and they were not the best, so I decided to try Hefty. The seals did not hold and yes I closed them right and I did not put too much into them. (I thought I put too much into the other bags I had before) o I made sure I didn’t do that this time. So the review I have about these bags are not the great.

Very happy get good product with reasonable price. Love it.
