Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience with this software. My videos with voiceover have been stuck in "processing" mode for about two weeks now, still loading. Despite several attempts to contact support via the website's chat, my problem remains unresolved and my questions unanswered. No one responds to emails either. It's a waste of money, even though it's only €10 so far. If this company provided decent service, I would be willing to pay more. No service received, and no support, therefore one star without compromise.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience.

I signed up to use videos with captions and it was a terrible experience. First, the upload takes a LONG time, my internet is fast and I'm not having any problems with other sites. On Hei.Io 600mb it takes up to 2.5 hours, plus 1 hour of “processing”, when it not breaks and you have to start from beginning.

So, you DO NOT have the option to edit the subtitle according to font style, size and color AND the download link breaks several times before you can download it.

The customer support solution is giving me extra credits, but I have no intention of going through the stress every time.

It looks like a beta version, I regret not continuing to use VEED.
