Another scam from China. They hate us! I ordered dental powder for my cat. Received 2 jars with nothing identifying Heicos for DOGS. I left messages at fake phone number and e-mailed. Another j... See more

Autoship is a BIG mistake
6 weeks later, still no product and was charged for a 2nd order, can't seem to cancel my auto ship, have emailed 6 times and no response. My credit card company said I should reach out to the merchant, but they won't respond...guess I will have to cancel my credit card! What a hassle!
Total scam
Total scam. Item was nothing like advertised. Lodged a complaint—2 months later, still no progress. Asked for a refund countless times, same empty reply: ‘we’ll look into it.’ Zero trust I’ll ever see my money back.”
Heicos.com
Heicos.com - what a waste of time and money
Product never arrived - No answer from multiple emails - No refund
What a scam - Do not purchase anything from them EVER
Product eventually arrived? Yay!
Product eventually arrived. It did take longer than we would normally expect. The directions for amount to use is unavailable. I have 1 cat who tried it and 1 cat who thought I was trying to kill him. Time will tell if things improve. I wish I had checked out the ingredient list before I purchased though as I may have had second thoughts about giving my cats bentonite. Hopefully it doesn't clog them up.
Scam
I placed an order in July. Still have not received it. The company is supposedly based in Wyoming but the product shipped from China. If I would have known that, I would never have ordered it. I have reached out to them several times with no response. This company is a huge scam.
It has been over a month
It has been over a month, received tracking information, and it still is shipping mode. I have send a few emails regarding where my pkg is and no reply. I really need to stop falling for ads such as these. I was hoping this was going to be a great product that would help with my cats teeth, however I have not recieved it and not sure I will trust the product after reading some of the other reviews. Chinn junk once again!!
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE I’ve been waiting 45 days for this…
I’ve been waiting 45 days for this product. I’ve written emails 3 times and have called 5 times. They have never responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Don't use this Company!
I ordered the feline smile advanced months ago. Tracking number never worked. They never answered my emails. I got a message from Facebook asking about my dealings with them and I told them I never received the product.
Today it arrived but I now don't trust the product. My cat is almost 19 and im not going to risk using it. It doesn't say how much to use and the caution on the jar says "if animals condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian " NOT worth the risk!!
Heicos exist but don’t trust this unreliable company either your money or your Pets.
Even though today I received these Heicos dental miracles for my cats. It took too long to get this product. I read the other reviews and saw how many people think this is a scam. Obviously they delivered my stuff. But I have to say after going through the same feeling of being scammed I still give this company one star, but in my opinion this is the most unreliable and not worthy to ever get involved with them. The product is a white powder, no scoop included, neither instruction on how to use it on your cat. I have to stop falling for these ads that are so convincing that they have the solution for the problem that they advertise, that you end up buying their crap. Sometimes we don’t know where in hell these companies are and then surprise! You find out thst all contact are just there to waste your time because they never get back to you. So well, now I have this Brigid powder and I am scared to use it and get my kitten killed. FU Heicos. Never again.
Received my order for Heicos Feline…
Received my order for Heicos Feline Smile Advanced today. Am looking forward to trying this as it’s an all natural products, no artificial flavors or preservatives. I can thoroughly brush my dog’s teeth daily, but it’s difficult to get a thorough brushing with my cats.
Cat dental powder
I ordered the cat dental powder and wanted to cancel my order and never received an email to get more information. Do not order from this website it is a scam and a total fraud!! They should be taken down off facebook!!
Scam
Paid for 2 x feline smile advanced. Goods never received. All emails to the company ignored.
Scam merchants. Avoid!
Not the best but ok
Total scam. Tracking reference did not work. After a delay they responded and the product arrived thank you
Scam
Scam. Never received my order. Emailed several times regarding status of order and received no response. Left multiple voicemails and never received a phone call back from anyone.
Do not use / order. Scam.
Order number available. My review is the same as most of the others. Received dental paste powder - completely not the product ordered: feline advanced smile. As per others - no response to emails, no available contact address. Complete scam. Do not use / order. I have sent everything to my credit card company and am hoping they have more success.
Scam- no refund
Scam! Trying to get a refund. They won’t respond to emails. My vet does not recommend their products. Don’t buy. Don’t buy anything through instagram. Sadly many of the companies are not professional and out just to make money.
Scam
Scam. They sent a shitty product that I cannot use and it was not the product I ordered. It is outright fraud.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY.
THEY LIE AND SEND CRAP INSTEAD OF WHAT'S ADVERTISED
Scam
I ordered the product they were advertising the Heicos advance feline smile and I received something completely different. I emailed them twice & they did not get back to me, so they are a scam.
Sent completely different, cheap product from China instead of ordered product
Ordered the dental smile powder for pets. Initially came across website from a Facebook add, so warning signs were there really. Completely different product delivered, this is not a powder to add to food but toothpaste for pets. It is not a simple case of wring product sent out as supposedly the website do not even sell the product I have recieved, and it certainly is not "made in the usa" as has flown in from China. I have contacted the company but am not hopeful based on the many red flags here. I will update the review if resolved but I suspect I shall be going via my credit card company to dispute it.
