A top experience with our purchase! I ordered a glittery dress for the holidays shortly before Christmas and it arrived right on time before the festivities. Great quality, best value for money. Unfortunately, the dress was too short and tight. I wanted to return it, and customer service responded very kindly and immediately. And best of all, we received a voucher for the full value of the purchase AND we got to keep the dress (I'll take it for my younger daughter) and were able to use the voucher to buy the dress in a larger size right away. Top notch! It couldn't be better! Thank you very much!
