I have fallen in love with Heidi. It makes admin so much easier and saves me so much time. Not to mention the decreased cognitive load. As a psychologist, it is so handy to know that all the key points of your sessions are being taken down in the background so you can just focus on being fully present with your client. All the privacy and safety issues have been thoroughly addressed which is reassuring. The hardest part is remembering to hit the record and stop buttons! I highly recommend that every psychologist get on board with Heidi.

I've started using Heidi this week and it seriously has the potential to be life changing for me. As a psychologist with ADHD, I constantly battle staying on top of my case notes and report writing. There's a few glitches I need to iron out, mostly setting up templates, but I think Heidi is going to be great for me and my practice.

Absolute game changer for any practitioner regardless of your discipline. The amount of hours it has already saved me in patient note taking is amazing. This AI tool is in its infancy, so I’m looking forward to see how even more intuitive it becomes over the next few years.

I am a Wound Care Nurse. I have been struggling with charting for my entire career (that's 33 yrs!!).
Even dictating onto my word doc on my phone was challenging. The edits were even longer.

I was introduced to Heidi health by a colleague. She swore that it would help me. She knew of my pain with charting. My student nudged me all weekend as she was being my scribe. She showed me that it was not difficult.
I was tight for time this past week as needed to get this Initial Wound Evaluation done. I did not have time to write out the eval and edit it my traditional way.

I pulled up the site, signed up for Heidi. I dictated my visit. I stopped the recording to check what the program was writing. I resumed the dictation.

I changed the type of document I needed. Although I still needed to edit the content, it was far better than anything I would have come up with.

I am now a believer!!!
I will finally be able to submit my superbills to Medicare in much better timing and my life just became a bit less stressful.

I was introduced to Heidi by a professional colleague who had already started using it. I hate writing out my notes. I hate not paying complete attention to my patients sitting in front of me. With Heidi, this has been eliminated. I have time that was once wasted writing notes and then capturing them on my PMSP. It's just great. I love using it and hope to get better at it ad get my work colleagues onto it as well.

This has streamlined my note taking- given me a more personal consult time with my clients where previous notes can be in front of me. I’m no longer scrambling to write trash notes. They are concise and perfect

Wow! The service is amazing and so user-friendly for taking nursing notes!

Very helpful AI app, although I would like more nursing specialty options to pick from. I do case management and that isn’t a specialty option. But over all the dictation works beautifully, and it really helps format well articulated notes to help with my charting.

Colleagues had recommended Heidi, so I decided to give it a try. This is my 1st foray in to any AI scribes. It is so easy to use! I was very hesitant and worried that it would sound fake or something. It really does sound like me. I also can be more present with my patient without having to write note any notes during the visit. Creating notes from scratch hurts my soul. I believe my notes are now more accurate and more importantly- DONE!

This service is outstanding. It has significantly improved my patient interactions by allowing me to maintain eye contact without worrying about typing or missing important details.

I’ve tried a few scribes (tali and Scribeberry), so far Heidi is the best - as a family physician it’s important to have the ability to separate multiple issues in assessment and plan - Heidi does it so well! Looking forward to Heidi V2 where I’m told we can use our own templates right away!

Great AI, accurate scripts, a convert after 1 day.

Excellent AI scribe, and I’ve tried a few. The notes are accurate, as detailed and you want and sound very natural. Other AI scribes make very robotic notes. My only complaint is that the note takes a long time to generate, sometimes minutes ! If this isn’t improved, I would need to move on to another platform. I have the paid version now but unfortunately haven't noticed a big improvement. I am told there are updates coming that may help with processing speed, so fingers are crossed ! If the notes were generated quicker, I would give Heidi a 5/5 for sure!
