In breach of consumer contracts regs
Love the clothes, in fact my summer wardrobe is filled with Heidi klein items but the customer service is non existent plus they are in breach of the consumer contracts regulations with online shopping. I returned an item recently and they failed to refund the shipping fee. I have emailed to request the refund and no response.
