I was first introduced to Height Adjustable Desks Online (HADO) back in 2022 through a friend's recommendation. I am so impressed by the company and the excellent service I received, particularly from Rick Milford.

Rick is always a pleasure to work with.
This level of honesty and customer care is a testament to thee business. I would highly recommend HADO to anyone.

I was first introduced to Height Adjustable Desks Online in 2021 by a friend. I bought my first desk at that time and the company was absolutely fantastic (specifically, Rick Milford).

The desk has been faultless for over four years but I now have a little more space available so would like a larger desk. I contacted HADO again last week. Rick’s again been great in telling me exactly what to do and the bare minimum number of parts that I needed to increase the size of the top of the desk without having to replace everything.

Highly recommended.

Great company and product

Quality of product: Amazing, the wood top is very high quality. After 3 years, no sign of wearing and can withstand moving around. (i've moved 4 times and moved it 6-7 from room to room due to expanding family).

Customer service: I've contacted them through the chat, my previous controller stopped working and they sent me a new one no questions asked. If something is not working, be certain they'll fix it.

Best company in the UK, not only the product but the way they handle the lifecycle of it.

I am writing this review exactly 2 years after purchasing 2 x Solis 2 desks - one with concrete finish and another with cascina pine.

Experience - from start to finish was faultless with Rick sending samples of all desktop finishes, being very responsive on emails, organising full delivery as well as programming to set the desks up, and advising on how to troubleshoot should some issues arise.

Desks - have worked absolutely brilliantly and are reliable (do not hang). They are very stable (even when in motion) and can easily take up a large load. On our desks are wide screen monitors + laptop + chargers + books + other accessories. Also, these are the only desks we found that rose to a good height (one of us is 6'1" and only these desks were good enough as standing desks).

Had a small problem with the desk, needed resetting after 2 yrs of excellent usage. Thought emailing HADO where we bought the desks from, customer service was excellent, quick and without any charge. Great quality desks and service.

I ordered the Solis 3 with white frame and grey Nebraska oak top. I’m really pleased with the desk, it looks great, good quality and exactly as described. Rick also spent a while on the phone to me answering all my questions about the options and was very friendly and helpful. He was happy to arrange delivery for when suited me and the follow up guidance on desk set up was great, enabling me to assemble the desk without a problem. Would definitely recommend.

I had originally ordered from another company which let me down over 4 weeks and I ended up with no desk at all. Then I came across Hado online.

From start to finish they were fantastic, I ordered a next day delivery desk. I had immediate contact and was informed I would have a tracking number once the desk had left the warehouse. A few hours later, good to their word, I had all my tracking info. Delivery company, time frame (8-6) and tracking number.

On the morning of delivery I had a further email confirming the desk was on its way. When it arrived, the delivery company brought it into the house for my daughter.

It was easy to put together, was exactly what I ordered and with 15 minutes we were good to go.

The desk is great quality, love the extra features such as the built in usb, drawer and child stop.

Service was exceptional, product is great and my only downfall was not finding Hado first. Definitely recommend.

Fast delivery, great communication

Got 2 of the standing desk, great quality with it. Though the cable tray is not well designed, still a great budget desk. Good communication with Rick, very helpful and informative while looking on their products.

Great service and excellent quality, we purchased a height adjustable desk and followed up the matching cable tray. Easy to put together and customer service as it should be with a professional service by Rick.

Rick went above and beyond to ensure that I received the desk when I needed it.
He also gave a couple of helpful tips on assembly.
The desk itself is great, strong and easy to assemble.

I've bought a number of desks for myself and a company over the years off HADO, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They're extremely well built and the service/support is absolutely exceptional - super prompt, really helpfu, go out of their way to make sure you're getting the right product for your needs and addressing any issues.

A great desk and good communication with Rick. The desk took me a while to put together and the instructions weren't entirely clear on a couple of stages, however, the desk is up and running and looks great. I think it's very good value for money too.

From the beginning to the end, the experience of purchasing my desk was seamless and excellent. I used the chatbot to ask a couple of questions and from that point Rick was on hand to help and guide me. I requested a sample pack of the desk finishes, which arrived the next day. I ordered the HD2 desk 140cm x 80cm and it was exactly as expected - having also been delivered the next day. The TNT (free) shipping was wonderful and definitely added to the positive experience. All the packaging is fully sustainable and recyclable which was great to see (it’s also be designed very cleverly to protect the contents using minimal material and no polystyrene. Bravo. Rick provided all the necessary instructions and videos on an email to set the desk up. These proved simple, invaluable and highly accurate to follow. The desk was all ready and being used within the hour. Quality is superb and 100% worth the cost. Outstanding customer attention and focus - well done HADO and thank you Rick!

Loving the desk
Spoke to Rick on the phone as had a couple queries which helped me with the decision on buying the desk. Rick was really helpful and the customer experience was great, delivery was fast and was impressed with how easy it was to build
Got the HD2 just note that it is heavy which is what you would expect for a high quality product!
Will be ordering another soon for my partner!

I made an error in my order online & they were able to change it easily when I rang to rectify it. The customer service experience was good.

The desk arrived a few days later as promised. The recommended YouTube videos were clear & the desk was easy to assemble.

I am also very happy with the desk itself so far!

I would happily buy from here again based on this experience.

Absolutely delighted with my desk from HADO.
Rick was great to deal with.
I opted for the installation service, everything was completed efficiently and competently. All cardboard and packing was removed and the office left clean and tidy.
