110% Customer Service still exists!
My experience is at Heights Finance in Pilsen 60608. From the moment I started speaking with Ms. Karen Forrest I felt a sense of trust with her. She has gone above and beyond getting everything together for me and I made a lot of changes and she remained so patient and held my hand through the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Raciel is also very kind and helped out wherever he could. This is what I call 110% great customer service. Thank you all for everything you do!

Excellent customer service
I was taking a chance of an offer I received. Never thinking I would get approved. Ms. Karen Forrest (the branch on 18th street) went above and beyond to help me. The process was easier than I thought. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very thorough and made sure I understood everything before signing. The office was in a good location, street parking, and very clean. If you are looking for a debt consolidation, refinance, personal loan, auto loan Heights Finance should be your first stop. Ask for Ms. Karen Forrest.
