I love Heights Finance, they are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are always respectful and you don’t have to wait days to get an answer. Ms. Sharon is very sweet and easy to talk to, she will explain things that you might think it’s a dumb question or you shouldn’t ask regarding your loan. Heights is the best!!!!

About our experience with yall
I called heights finance because I got this letter and fake check that caught my eye.
Tim is who I talked too and he took all my information and my husband's too and said he would call me back when he knew something, Tim called us back and said what I needed to bring with me we did and we got the money we needed so we can find a car now. The best part of everything was they were professional and curious and treated us with respect they trusted us to help us. Everyone in there was the same way. So from my family to yours thank you

This place is a joke now. Got approved for a loan late Tuesday. Wife was told to be there the next morning at 930 to sign the papers and bring documentation. Was told it should be in there by 2 no later than 3 usually. Needless to say it wasnt. She called them at 4. The lady Sharon informed her that she didnt know what was going on it was a new company doing their stuff now or some bullcrap. She told her dont worry it wont be past 5. Well it was and is. She called back. Now all of a sudden they had computer problems that were never mentioned the first phone call. Informed my wife she would call and see the company that she said no one can call to figure anything out. But they close at 530 so she dont know. WOW. You would think a direct deposit wouldnt take 24 hours! Especially from a loan company. Hasnt even been sent to our bank yet. They have nothing as of 515pm. Our last loan with this company.

I have done my business there for many years. All of the ladies are so friendly and helpful. I always get my loans with Sharon Garrett. She is fantastic to deal with and is always so sweet and helpful..and I would not go anywhere else.

I called asked if i could get a small loan and the associate told me that she see what she could do she asked if i needed more i told that i could some more she me she would get back with me the next day and she did she told me that she got the extra that i wanted she was a very nice lady i really appreciate them there very much
