I am grateful for your help and in trusting me with a loan. Service was excellent and agents were helpful. In my past experience I have always been asked about adding different options to the loan such as insurance and unemployment insurance but I don’t ever recall any agent adding an option on their own and just expecting a client to accept it. So you sold me an option which I don’t really need and I will except it for I was not cautious about it at the time only happy that you were able to help me. But you have made me aware of things have changed in the loan business and I will be more attentive. With this in mind I will be to quick to refer anyone to you at this time!

Office staff was pleasant and very helpful in retaining my loan.

I have had loans with this branch for at least 10-11 yrs. My credit was not very good when I first went it (530ish), and they still were able to work with me! Since, that time I have taken out 1-2 additional loans for personal reason and/or college fees, and they did everything they could to help get me what I needed or something that would at least help. Also, they go above and beyond for their customers. I have a terrible memory and always forget when my payment was due and then forget to call in to make my payment. Tina and the others consistently called me every month upon my due date and even after at least 2-3 times to remind me so I didn't get a hard hit on my credit for past dues. Even though they reminded each time I could go online to set up monthly auto payments, I still forgot and they just kept calling to remind me. Never once were they rude or seemed impatient with me, but we just laughed together that they were checking in on me, again! If I ever need another loan, I would definitely go back to this branch in Lafayette, IN. They truly care about their customers, and are a delight to work with!

I have had a loan with this company and the girls in the Lafayette, In. office for nearly 5 yrs. They are always professional and make you feel at ease even if it seems hard to understand what it is you need to do. Whenever I need a little extra money they always come through.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing some cash. Never had a moments worry about this company or their kind staff, that goes out of their way to help. Thank you Heights finance girls for being there for me!!
