I want to correct a previous review that I posted that wasn't very flattering to Heights. It turns out they were extremely busy that day, and what I felt was horrible service was them doing the best they could. I concluded my business the next day with them, and couldn't have been treated better. They did not deserve my bad review.

Customer service is great and they do everything they can to work with you from applying, to receiving, paying on, and paying off your loan!!
