We went there on Monday and we refinanced our loan and we thought it was so nice of Robyn to come outside to help us with the paper work and signing as I hurt my knee and couldn't walk on it, she made several trips out in the cold to our truck to finish the paper work and get our signatures and she explained everything to us! So happy to do business with Height's Finance. And may you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I was very pleased of how fast I was taken care of.. I would recommend this company. They also have made things easy because of the COVI D 19 that not many people were there at the same time as me. All the workers had mask's on.

When I first walked in(with my mask on), I was greeted and was asked if they could help me. Everyone there had masks on and was adhering to social distancing. I said I had an appointment and that’s when I was greeted by Alex Guyette. We did not go to his desk to take care of my business. We went into a conference type room where we weren’t in close quarters. He explained the procedure that was going to take place to get my loan. The process went very smoothly and we went over all the details to make sure everything was in order. After each step he asked if I understood and if I had any questions. As I said the process went very smoothly and I was out of there with my check in a reasonable amount of time. He didn’t try to rush me out of there. His main concern was that if I was satisfied with everything. Which I was. I will definitely recommend people to come to Heights Finance for small personal loans.
