I called and gave them all credit information over the phone....they called me back with what they could do & I told them what I wanted. I was asked if I was coming in that day, my reply was yes. They told me I needed to be in the office by 5:00 p.m. They began filling out the information in the computer based on the info I brought with me. I had to leave and go to my banks branch in town to get a copy of a financial document and we left with the check in hand before 5:30 p.m. Fast and friendly service!
