They used to be a great place when it was Covington but now that it's heights they've made a lot of changes that aren't customer friendly. Been a customer for 10 years and they have made a lot of money off me. They send me text and emails saying I can renew but when I try they won't let me. I need to pay it off and be done, the caring customer friendly days are gone.
