Case 8597; the answer at Wed 16:49 ignored the game round reference. Support reply stayed stuck during another support queue. The account page showed no useful time note.
Cashier Sat 21:23 felt normal until support called it approved with Revolut, but the account page stayed on review. Lobby notice sent me back to chat at Sun 10:24.
Support reply about bonus looked fine, then chat closed after 15 minutes while I typed the payout details. Cashier screen gave a vague next step after another refresh.
