I'm so pleased you liked the design. I'm very sorry that you felt the card was poor quality. The card that we use is a high quality 300gsm (heavyweight) coated card. We print using archival quality inks which print beautiful, vibrant colours.
To avoid postal damage we post all cards in board backed envelopes. As your card was A5 in size we would have taken extra care to avoid damage by using a mail jacket envelope which provides extra protection.
We hope that this will not deter you from shopping with us again. As you can see we have an excellent track record for both quality and care but unfortunately cannot stop rough treatmentof mail by the postal services.

Amazing!
I ordered 3 pictures for my sons bedroom and I am so happy with them. Absolutely love them. I bumped into Helena at glowworm festival this year and she was incredibly lovely. I would certainly recommend Helenatycedsigns to anyone looking for beautifully designed artwork by someone who cares about what they do. Five stars *****

Brilliant family fun
We absolutely loved our personalised Christmas Countdown game. Lots of family fun with the children arguing over who was going to be the pink one and the grown ups arguing over who could do the best mime! We all loved landing on our own personalised spaces and Helena’s ideas for the others kept us laughing. It’s going to be a new family tradition and has gone away in our Christmas Eve box. Can’t wait to play again next year.
