A lot of this work is free clip art and the artist is claiming that it's hers. If you use Google Reverse Image you can check for yourself. People are being scammed

After waiting a month, for a bespoke portrait, which was advertised as A4. A much smaller print arrived, so no frame fits. It was shown as framed, in the advert. I might as well have printed the original photo, as this is a print and not a painting. To add insult, I was charged £6.99 postage, for a small piece of paper. This was for a present, which will now look cheap. Very disappointed.

This artwork is shockingly poor. It is not bespoke and isn't even wrapped around the canvas properly. The poor print reproduction looks cheap and nasty. Your better of at the range.

I have purchased over 10 custom portraits from Helen and they are always exquisite! On the few occasions I have contacted Helen for an extra print or a query about my order, she is always polite, accommodating and fast to respond. I would recommend Helens artwork to any pet owner or animal lover and I will certainly be purchasing many more pieces in the future 😁

We ordered 2 canvases after a trip to Scotland this year and meeting the delightful Highland Coos for the first time. The canvases that arrived were beautiful. So worth what we paid for them. Thank you. Everyone else should order! You will not be disappointed ad the quality of these are exceptional!

Beautiful artwork, A2 Canvas for £10 was a fantastic find...very happy and the customer service was great as the courier delivered it broken and it was replaced straight away

The quality is not great when compared to similar prints. I'd Steven brown, Lucy pittaway. The prints and frames are probably worth about what the cost but better quality available in range or other stores. Also mindful you get what you pay for. Just be mindful they are not high quality pictures. Just standard, worth the money but nothing more.

I wouldn't recommend this company.I placed my order over a month ago and have only just received it!total lack of communication.no order number,emails or updates.only proof at the bank they've taken your payment then nothing!I've spent the last few weeks having to chase up my order and it had nothing to do with the delivery company.I was made to feel bad for asking where my order was then they claimed it was lost and they would send a replacement and I had to chase them up for a new tracking number which I didn't get I've never had this problem with any company I've ordered from and I will never ever order from here again.also she blocked me from her site just because I left a review about the terrible service I received.says it all really.very unprofessional

Fantastic service. There is so much beautiful works of art to choose from. I finally purchased 10 A4 prints, they arrived within 4 days and the quality is astounding. I can’t wait to get my staircase finished then I can get them in the frames and up on the wall. Thank you ❤️

i ordered a print and ment to be delivered by now, still no print and i feel i am being fobbed off when i contact her, she said picture has been sent after a few orders on the day i ordered went astray, still no tracking number, no email to confirm dispatch, no nothing....communication awful

I had a portrait done and to be fair it wasn't the best picture but it was my Dads favourite. The first one came and wasn't what I was expecting so I contacted Helen and she sent me a different type of portrait with absolutely no hassle. I would highly recommend Helen Clark.

I received a beautiful Hen Canvas , Henry the Pheasant print , 2 unicorns prints , personalized, and a free gift Eric the Cow print , they were all beautiful , i did have problems with delivery , because all came separate and late , but Helen did put this right , i will say though they are very lovely prints and canvas , i would use again because Helen did get back to me everytime i messaged her , and i love them

I wrote the review below a week before this update. I managed to find an address to message Helen at. Helen replied to me straight away and we found that my emails just hadn’t arrived, even though they hadn’t bounced back. Helen immediately printed the right size print and sent it for next delivery. She was very helpful.

I am really disappointed. I went to this website through an offer link which said A2 canvas for £9.99. I ordered and paid but then realised straight away that the order said A4 not A2.
I immediately emailed them as I couldn’t find any other way to contact them. I have now emailed them 4 times and searched high and low for a phone number. My A4 parcel is due to arrive today. It cost £16 including delivery. I’m am really upset as this was a gift which is too small to give.
